Time back up to the night Emma and Alex got kidnapped
Jacks pov
I was up all night. I just couldn't sleep for some reason. I feel like I have not paid Emma any of the attention she deserves. I was about to get up and check on Emma but she came in my room with tears running down her cheeks. For some reason I pretended to be asleep. She sat on my bed beside me and said something under her breath. She got up and walked out of my room before I could tell her I was asleep. I peeked out my door and heard what sounded like glass breaking and saw Emma with her flashlight heading downstairs. I heard the terrifying sound of skin hitting skin hard and then the floor. I run downstairs thinking Emma was hurt. Right when my feet hit the last step I am hit in the side of the face. I fall to the floor almost unconscious blood running down the side of my face. My vision is blurry. I see Emma in the floor with a potato sack over her head. "Jack" she said weakly. I passed out after that.
Marks pov
Alex woke with a start. She shook me awake and told me that she heard noises from outside my room. "Baby there is nothing out there" i told her as I open the door. As I open the door I am hit upside the head with a metal pole and I go unconscious.
Alex's pov
I see Mark lie on the floor unconscious. I can't move. Why can't I move? Two men came in and I snapped back into reality. They try to grab me but I punch one of them in the face. But they eventually grabbed me and knocked me out.
