Hayes walks me all the way to Mr. Felten's class we were standing outside the door when the bell rang.
"Oh shit." I say. Hayes laughs.
"I'll be okay, have a good first day Jacey."
I walk into the classroom and talk a seat. I couldn't stop thinking about Hayes all through Mr. Felten's class, he's so cute and sweet. He seems like a player though.
-TIME SKIPS TO LUNCH-
I walk into the lunch room with my friend Riley and I see Hayes start walking up to me.
"Hi ladies, would you both like to sit at the sophomore table?" He asks grabbing my hand. I turn to Riley.
"You down?" I say.
"If course I am." She laughs.
I had already explained the whole story to her so I'm pretty sure she knew what was going on. Over at the table there was Hayes, 3 guys, and 2 other girls. I sit down in between Riley and Hayes.
"Guys this is Jacey and-" he leans and whispers to Riley. "And Riley."
"Hi I'm Sarah and this is Matt, Randal, Kenneth, and Grace."
I smile at everyone and start to talk to Hayes and Riley.
"Riley do you want to go get food?" I ask.
"Yeah." She replies.
"Hayes me and Riley are going to get food." I tell him. He smiles.
"Just avoid the meatloaf." I look back at him and wink.
"Will do."
