Noserings and broken promises
Chapter 1 Christy's POV
I tied my long brown hair into a pony tail and stepped outside into the cool Autumn morning. Waiting on the corner by the stop sign in a black chevy ford was Chloe, my best friend. She had on a grey beanie to cover up her messy green hair, probably still dizzy from the party she went to last night.Thats the one thing we disagree on. She likes going out and partying, I dont. I think parties are pointless and obnoxious. I walk up to her and she smiled at me. She started her car again and I got into the passenger seat. "I know you dont like parties but.." She began driving "theres this really big party on Friday, everyones going to be there..please come with me?" Chloe popped out her bottom lip and gave me puppy dog eyes. I sighed and shook my head "please?! just one party, thats all" she begged. "I'll think about it.." I say, just to get her off my case about this stupid party. After about 10 minutes of driving in a very comfortable silence, we arrived at NY University. I got out and slung my bag over my shoulder. Chloe and I walked together into the building. "I'll see you in Literature!" she smiles and walks away. I walk down the hall to my first class, Biology. On my way I see the people I least wanted to see, Jon and his gang of 'rebels.' I try to avoid walking near them and try not to be noticed by them, but as my luck would have it, Jon smirked when he saw me and started walking closer to me.
