My name is Hope Silvermoon I'm 16 years old, oh and I'm a werewolf. My pack is the Black Moon pack I've been there slave and punching bag ever since my parents were killed by rogues when I was 8. You would think that people would show you sympathy and compassion like a pack should, but no instead they blame me and beat me til I can't move. I no longer sleep in my queen size bed with a room every teenage girl dreams of.

Now my room is in the old dusty attic with a old torn mattress and a little small window. I do everything the cooking, cleaning, even some of the packs school work because there too lazy to do it themselves. I have no choice but to do what they tell me or I will get a beaten. Soon I will meet my mate and he will take me away from this hell hole, because today is my birthday and on your 16 birthday you find your mate.

He's very good looking 6'1 blonde hair, and bright blue eyes, of course he has a body of a goddess it's in our genes since we're all werewolves, but i'm the weird one i'm only 4'9 red hair and bright green eyes. I'm not fat or skinny I guess you can say i'm average and I have very pale skin, but all werewolves are tan with either blonde or brown hair with blue or brown eyes. I know what your thinking, girl your beautiful. Well I don't feel that way I guess when you grow up with people constantly telling you your ugly you start to believe them. HOPE HURRY UP AND GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE NOWW!!!

Well I better get down there I don't want to get in trouble. Just be strong little one soon we will be away from this so called pack my wolf Selena tells me, I hope so cause I don't know how much more I can take. On my way down to the kitchen I bump into a hard chest once I look up I look into the most beautiful blue eyes for ever. It just seemed liked the whole world stop. I finally found my mate and its Julian wait Julian's my mate as recognition comes to Julian he looks at me like I was the lowest of the low.

Then he said those ten words that would have my world crumbling down. I Julian Black reject you Hope Silvermoon as my mate. Once he said that my heart shattered to a million pieces and it was like I stop breathing and I had the most unbearable pain you could ever imagine, like my soul was ripped to pieces.

You will not tell anyone your my mate, your not good enough to be my luna and mate your just a worthless nobody, and he walked away taking what hope I had left with him.
