There was great hustle in agarwal house
All were happy and were enjoying expect two people who just cried, cried and cried
Randhir and sanyukta!!
They were not meeting each other coz they were not strong enough to face their love ones when they know they can't be together

Randhir did came to her house for attending haldi and mehndi functions but deep down he was crying, crying behind the fake smile

Sanyukta was in the same state cursing God for this situation

After sangeet night when sanyukta was sitting alone in her room like a lifeless body

Her phone beeped with a message of randhir

Randhir's pov-
I know God u haven't destined us to be together but aaj itni strength toh dedo ki ek last baar m sanyu se mil pau aur ek bar ye sab bhul ke ek acha goodbye bol pau

Bas sanyu ek bar ha bolde milne ko

I took out my phone and messaged her
"Sanyu shaadi se phle ek last bar apne is best friend se nhi milegi😊"

I was staring at my phone, waiting for her reply
After some 2 minutes the reply came
"Of Course milungi apne best friend se"

My heart was beating erratically and i messaged her
"Chal fir aaja terrace pe abhi"

No one's pov-
Sanyukta immediately went to the terrace and was anxiously waiting for him
She don't want to cry now in front of randhir
She was just praying to God for some strength to face him

And there he came with a bottle of vodka with him
Sanyukta just stared at him with a what-are-you-upto-look?

He just grabbed her hand and made her sit

"Yaar ab shaadi ho jaegi kal teri toh ek bar toh shadi se phle enjoy krte h na phle jaise wrna pata nhi kab aise kr pae" he said with tears in his eyes but he quickly wiped them off

"Sanyu teri aadat ho gai h mujhe, ab pata nhi tere bina kaise reh paunga" he choked on his words

On listening this a sad smile broke on her face
To enlighten the atmosphere she just told him to pour drinks in glasses

They started drinking and were getting emotional by passing time

"Randhir"

"Ha"

"God humare saath ite unfair kyu h?"

"Hmm... m tujhe bhot miss krungi"

"M bhi sanyukta"

They were not in their senses but were talking today without their insecurities
Speaking their heart out!

"Randhir mujhe na aaj bhi yaad h tum kitne cute lag rhe the jab hum pehli baar mile the" she said pulling his cheeks

"Aur tum bhi ekdum princess lag rhi thi aur us time bhi tumne u hi mere cheeks pull kiye the" he said looking deep in her eyes

"Randhir soch agar meri shadi tujhse hoti toh"

"Toh mujhse jyada happy koi nhi hota" he said dreamily

"Nhi tujhse jyada happy m hoti" she stated

"I see par tujhe toh ankit acha lagta h na" he said a bit jealous

"Arre teri sui toh vahi atak gai h" she laughed
"M majak kr rhi thi na"

"Tujhe pta h jab tu hasti h na everything seems so beautiful bas mann krta h tujhe hi dekhta jau lekin jab tu roti h toh aisa lgta h kuch nhi h is world mein. Aur itne dino se mujhe pata h tu sirf roi h aur pata h ye soch sochke m kitaa roya hu. Tujhe parwah hi nhi h meri!" Randhir turned his face

Sanyukta made him face her
"Aage se kbhi mt khna ki mujhe teri parwah nhi h, tujhe pata h m kyu ro rahi thi"

"Ha kyuki teri shadi us ankit se ho rahi h"

"Duffer ye toh h hi lekin aur bhi kuch reason h"

"Kya reason"

"H kuch, kyu batau?"

"I am toh your best friend na" he pouted

"Nhi maine nahi batana" she shook her head in a no

"Sanyu tu happy raha kar bas"

"Aur tu bhi roya mat kar pagal ladke
Tujhe pata h na mujhe nahi psnd ki tu roe"

"Sanyu mujhe kuch kehna h" he said

"Kaho"

He took her hands in his and made her stand and kneeled down in front of him

"Randhir ye tum kya kar rhe ho"

"Shhh... just listen to me"
