I know why she saved me. She just won't admit it I can see it in her eyes. "So... How's school?" She asks. It's like ever since I brought 'that' up she's so defensive. "Well I hate it. Everything they tech me I already know.." "Damn I wish I was in school. Is be be more than just a street rat." I stop right there. She saved me I owe her one.
"So Mel.... Do you really want to go to school.?" "Well yea who wouldn't.?" I stop and think who wants to go to school.? The girls are mean the guys are jerks and the teachers are just straight up assholes. But she's never been there. Maybe people will like her.
MELAINES POV
"What would you do if someone took you to school.? Niall asks. "Well I would love them forever." Is he hinting something?¿? I don't want him to do anything for me. "Well.. What if I told you I could pull some strings and...." His voice starts to fade in my head... School.? Really?! I start to fill with excitement. I feel I might over load. "Mel.? Mel are you okay.?" I listen but I can't hear. "MEL!!!" I look up out if my trans. The car is spinning I take the wheel and try to get control; but the car is going to fast. We start to slow down a finally we take we take a violent jerk and we stop. "So.." Niall says gasping. "Do.. You... Accept my... Gift.?." He says in between breaths. I had to think about it for a minute but finally I said "yes."
