Kagerou Days- Undertale Version

One hot summer day, the heat was ablaze and Sans was enjoying a popsicle with his younger brother, Papyrus. It was August 15, the time was 12:30. The two were perched on a makeshift jungle gym type thing in a park, and Papyrus was stroking a stray black cat in his arms. "So...this weather is nice, eh Pap?" Sans asked. "Yea...but I don't really like the summertime..." Papyrus replied, and the cat leaped out of his arms. He hopped off the jungle gym and chased after the cat. It seemed to be making its way towards a busy street. Sans also jumped off the jungle gym after Papyrus and ran towards him. Papyrus was near the road now and didn't seem to notice the oncoming traffic speeding down the road. Before Sans could make it in time, a truck had hit Papyrus and his entrails spewed everywhere, a bit of his soul sprinkled onto Sans, and he stood there in disbelief.  "Hey...Pap...?" He stuttered. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw an evil looking child in the distance, smiling creepily. In an act of utter grief, Sans ran home and slept. Hopefully his brother's death was a dream.

The next morning, it was supposed to be August 16, however, when Sans woke up in a cold sweat, it was still August 15, and the time was 12:15. Sans regarded it as a chance to save his brother. He dashed out of the house and ran to the park where Papyrus was waiting for him. They talked the same banter as last time, but before Papyrus got up to run after the cat, Sans tugged at his sleeve and got him to walk down a pathway, opposite the street where Papyrus could've met his end. Eventually, many tall skyscrapers came into view. They began to walk near a construction site and there was a crane lifting beams into place. Suddenly, the beams slipped and as everyone screamed in terror, Papyrus was stabbed by one straight through, and as he grew limp, he weakly reached out to Sans and smiled. Like last time, the surrounding area was painted red and entrails were scattered about. Why was this happening? thought Sans. He ran home and slept more to clear his mind.

Just as he had suspected, when he woke up, it was August 15 12:15pm...again. He ran out to Papyrus on the jungle gym for the third time. But now, Sans was certain he would save Papyrus. He let the same situation play out again. Papyrus chases after the cat and runs onto the street. However, Sans was a few seconds faster than Papyrus. In the midst of his dash, Sans pushed Papyrus away and was hit by the truck meant to kill Papyrus. "For you.." He said with his dying breath. Now it was Sans' entrails covering the area.

Papyrus had been saved at last.

PS: This took me 30 minutes to write, so it's not my best work...^_^
