START:
A very disturbing noise blasted through my eardrums as I was nearing my house. I have no doubt that's my sister's doing. Lovely. Just lovely.
You would've thought there's a party going on but there really isn't. I wonder how she never get bored listening to them since those songs were like very last century. Well not really, but for me, it is. Or maybe I was just used to say 'em just to annoy her.
"Kelly, will you shut it?!" I yelled from the door when I entered the house. I found her sitting on the floor, facing the TV which has a music video playing.
She just continued singing- no screaming at the top of her lungs. Gah! This girl's impossible. She's too good at pretending that I'm not here.
"He's wearing it the wrong way." I said particularly to no one while gesturing to a guy in TV which was wearing a baggy pants, loosely. Ridiculous.
"Ha! Says the guy who doesn't even know how to wear a cap." She said, now looking at me with arched eyebrow.
"Now you're talking. Have you had dinner already?" I asked walking past the TV to head to the kitchen.
"Hey, you're blocking the view!" she screamed and slapped the back of my thigh.
"You've already watched it a billion times already." I ruffled her hair and she frowned."It's late Kelly, you should go to bed now."
"You're a year older than me Keith." she said while rolling her eyes.
"That, right. And that means, I'm in charge when "parents" are absent." I smirked. Kelly pouted but stood up and headed to her room. She stopped in her doorstep, tilted her head and asked "Will you wake me up early tomorrow?"
I frowned. "Depends, why?"
"I'm watching the news." she shrugged. Well, Kelly watching the news early in the morning is something I don't see everyday.
"Hmm, maybe...I'll think about it." I can't help but smirk.
"But-"
"Goodnight lollipop head." I turned away, shaking my head in the process. She just reminds me of a lollipop. I can still hear her groan.
---------
Slap. Slap. Slap. Oh, God.
"What the hell Kelly?!"
"You didn't woke me up! I hate I hate you!!!" She continued slapping me with a pillow.
Now I remember why I was supposed to wake her up.
"For the love of god, Kelly! It's just a fucking news! It's not that big of a deal!" I sat up and snatched the pillow from her hands.
"I was supposed to watch One Direction guesting on that show!" There, she said it. Bomb dropped.
"You could just watch it on youtube, you know." I replied.
"But still, it's different when you watch it on live!." She argued."Nothings different when you're just still facing the screen when you watch it either way."
Silence.
Kelly walked out of the room without saying anything. What the hell?
----------
Three days passed, Kelly still hasn't said anything to me since that morning. It feels like I'm living in this house alone. Everytime I see her, she's always in a hurry, if not, she's always on the phone. Weird.
