(Narrators pov)
One day Aphmau was sitting on the porch reading Fanfics when she heard a boom. She looked up to see a car crashed into the tree only a few yards away. She ran to the scene and saw Aaron passed out and bleeding. She quickly dialed 911 and the ambulance came. But until they got there Aph stayed by his side. When the ambulance did get there the questioned Aphmau. She said she was reading a book when she head a boom and looked up to see Aaron crashed into the tree. They took him to the hospital, Aph rode with him to the hospital. They reached the hospital and Aaron was rushed to a room. They wouldn't let Aph come in so she had to wait outside the door.
(A few hours later still at the hospital)
The doctor came outside and told her that he had a bad concussion and wouldn't expect to make it. Aphmau started crying like crazy. She ran inside his room and sat by him the doctor and nurse left the room. Aph laid by his side. They talked when Aaron turned to Aph and said I've know you for a long time and need to tell you that I love you. He leaned over and kissed her on the lips. Aph began to cry again, confessing her love for him. They kissed again. Aaron told her she needs to go home and get some sleep. Aph refused I won't leave you side. Aaron said I know I'm not going to survive, I don't want you to be here for that. Aphmau said that she still has hope. The doctor came in and said he will need surgery so you must go wait outside. We don't know if he will survive the surgery. If he does he should heal soon and be ok. But most likely he won't and you know. Aph began to cry one more time.
(After the surgery)
The doctor came outside to find Aph wide awake and still crying it was 1:30 in the morning so they didn't expect her to be awake. How is he she asked. He's alive, he survived the surgery and will be healed in a few months. Aph cried even more but now it wasn't tears of sadness, it was tears of joy and happiness. Can I see him she said anxious. Yes. She ran in the room and kissed him. I'm ok he said. Aph just wouldn't let go of him now that she knows that he is the one for her. She said I love you. And they lived happily ever after. The end
