Okay, so I was watching the film: ‘Confessions of a Shopaholic’ and I thought to myself about how it really looks at addiction in a new light. How many of us actually take a look at how much we spend over time on the things we think we ‘need’ but actually in reality it’s more on the list of ‘want’? We are forever racing out to the shopping centres spending all our hard earned cash on clothing items, shoes and accessories, not to mention how many of us over spend and run up a huge bill on our ‘credit cards’.
How many of us can actually relate to such a topic? Women find shopping a sport, an urge to release ourselves and to even a new level of shopping queens, we delve into our world of ‘Sales’.
There isn’t a lady out there who hasn’t splurged for that new outfit or those one pair of shoes that you must have.
Men are no better, we now have the gay population and metrosexuals, and they can shop!
So what is your drive to spending and what do you get out of it?!
