Chapter 1 - Starting a new page

"Chiara!!"

"Chiaraaaaa!"

"yes mom!" I rushed down stairs ready

ready...

you might wonder ready for what

ready for leaving my lovely hometown, and living a new life in NYC

intresting right? but the problem is I really wanted to stay but I'm forced to leave for my education

"Chiaaa-"

"i'm here mom..."

"Oh! eat your breakfast dear because your dad will come in 5 minutes and we'll take you to the airport before you miss your flight" mom explained

I finished breakfast and went upstairs, to my room , sat on my bed, looking around for the last time, layed a little, remembering little memories in this house

then dad's voice calling me grabbed my attention interrupting my thoughts and memories I zoomed in

I went out of the room staring at it for the last time and walked away looking around the house

then mom patted my shoulder "let's go"

I said goodbye and hugged my cherished parents and left for my flight

it took long until I arrived to NewYork

I stood up ready to get out of the plane and take the first step in New York

waiting in the queue until doors are open and first class pass first. 2 kids were running around and were very noisy. everyone looked at their poor mother holding a crying baby in her hand

I got down the plane and people were walking to the bus that takes them to the airport main building

while walking to the bus the 2 kids ran and somehow made some people curse, stumble, mess up their stuff, and made me trip

immediatly warm comfortable hands held me from falling. My eyes met with greyish blue shining orbs

"are you ok?" he said

"oh yes I'm fine" I felt embarrassed

he flashed a smile and went on his way

um erm eh... that was cute

I went to my apartment in the hotel

it was great and satisfying I think I couldn't have asked for more

after all these hours it turns out here to be the same time I left from there. mind blown.

I think things are goint to be hard a little but I need time to get used to it.

and oh, tomorrow I will start going to my university.

great. no rest. im so tired

I layed on the couch and my eyes shut in 5 minutes into a restful sleep
