I was now at the temple.
"Okay, Guys I have something that's super serious to tell you." I could already feel tears threatening to spill from my eyes "I'm...... I'm er um sorta sick and dying." "WHAT?!?" Everyone shoutingI'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner I didn't think it was this bad."
"There's a cure right?" Lukas asked hopefully
I shook my head " But I think we should live it up together while we still can."
We decided to go for a walk in the woods. Like me Axel and Olivia used to do. The biggest tree in the woods came into view. "Hey Lukas I bet I can beat you to the top of that tree." I said trying to lighten the mood
"Okay, you're on!" He shouted I ran for the tree and climbed it.
"Victory is mine!" I yelled and then I heard a crack my eyes were filled with fear. The branch broke. "Jesse!" Lukas yelled. I fell head first. My world went black as my head hit the ground. The tree fell the trunk barely missing me I was trapped under the branches barely visible. Lukas had made it off the tree before it fell.
"No No NO!" Lukas screamed tears running down his face.
