Rocky P.o.v

We bust through the door and there she was. My sister. My best friend. Laying on the hard, cold floor not moving. I started to go run for her but I was stopped by riker.

"Waite. You know what we've been through lately.... I wouldn't do that if I were you. It's probably a trap. We've come so far you really want to mess it up now?" He looked at me while putting his arm up to block me. He's probably right. No I KNOW he's right.

"Okay Mr. I know everything, what do we do then?"

"Nothing. You die. It's over. Hope your wild goose chase was fun while it lasted." A very familiar voice said as they popped around the corner. Who was around the corner you ask? Well you'll just have to wait for that...

Earlier that day

"I do" we all looked up. You would never guess who it was. I was even taken by surprise.

Cindy.Mary.Cliffin.

I got up and ran to her as fast as I could. I was so happy to see her! But I stopped my self dead in my tracks when I was two feet in front of her. Why was she dressed in black? Why did she have a, Gun? I took a step back. She looked at me strangely. I pointed to her gun. She looked down and laughed a bit. everyone else was basically just standing their with there jaws dropped to the ground.

"Well hi to you guys to?" She said more of a question. Then kinda laughed.

"What? but? you? Huh? how?" That's all I managed to get out before she walked closer to me.

"I'll explain in the car. We have to go now if we want to get Rydel back." You could tell she wanted to say something more but stopped herself before she could get words out.

"How do u know Rydel was kidnapped?I want my sister back safe and not involved with whatever is going on." I said angrily but on the verge of tears.

"This is really not the time for heart filled story. We have to get going." She then started running down the hall. We ran after her. We got out to the parking lot. She then swung around. "I only have room for 3. Rocky,Riker,Ross. Jump in. No time to debate." She then put the key in the key slot and started the car. She flew out of the parking lot. I have to ask.

"Cindy what's going on? Why are they after Rydel? Why us?" I asked sounding really confused.

"There not after you guys. There after me. They just happen to have an advantage. There using you guys to get to me. They threatened my aunt and I." Everyone got really silent. Cindy took a deep breath and then continued to speak. "When my parents passed away, I got into a bad business. I have done some really bad things, and they haunt me everyday. After my sisters passing, that's when I started to really get deep in the 'business'.

"What kind of 'business' are we talking here?" Riker interrupted quite abruptly.

"Riker, you could have said it a little nicer." I said with a bit of sympathy in my voice.

"It's fine Rocky. It's a valid question."

"This business is a type of business that nobody wants in. It takes skill. The skill of not get caught. I stole. I robbed. I sold. I even," She paused. A single tear rolled down her cheek, she quickly wiped it away. "I even killed. I will not lie. I also I my fair share of drugs."

"Okay I understand this far, but, still, what does this have to do with us?" Ross jumped in quite quickly.

"Well after awhile you get tired of the same old shit. You get tried of hiding and running. It's not easy. The day I decided it was enough was exactly a week before my aunt was killed in the basement. That was also the day they said they were gonna come after you rocky."

"Wait wait, what?"

"Their plan was not to take Rydel. They were going to take you. They knew you were the one who's been with me through it all and has helped with all my grief. They wanted to take my most prized possession in exchange for theirs."

"Cindy! What the hell did you take from them that caused them to take our only sister?!" Riker so rudely interrupted again.

"The last job I did for them was to break into one of there 'competitors' storage house. They had me take few pounds of drugs, a couple other things here and there, but the major one was a case of diamonds. Since this was my last job, but I wasn't about to tell them that, I wanted to be payed in full up front before I hand over the diamonds. I argued with them. I gave them the drugs assuming they would work with me and give me my money. They still refused so I ran. I ran fast. I hid. I did go to school if you remember. I was never home. I was always out. I was running. It's like they always knew which turn I was going to make next in the maze. They always seemed one step ahead of me. Just when I thought I had made a right turn and was reaching the end, they turned the corner and killed my only family I had left."

"So all of this for some damn diamonds?" Riker snapped.

"Dude stop giving her shit about this. Yeah Rydel was taken, it's not like she's sitting back on her ass not doing anything about it. Cut her some damn slack and get off her case for 5 minutes and hear her out! God damn" I had snapped back.

"Okay guys chill lets just focus on finding rydel"

"Ross is right guys, we don't need all this yelling. If we're gonna find her, we don't need this. We need to get along and be able to work together with out be disgusted by each other. And Riker I'm sorry how you are perceiving this situation, but these aren't just any random diamonds. In total, the whole case cost 2.7 million dollars. If you still can't see why they would be a little determined to get these back, then I don't know what else to tell you."

"Holy shit Cindy! Where have you been keeping these?!" I had said in a bit of shock.

"I trust you rocky, but I really don't want to say. Let's just say they are in safe place currently. We just really have to get to Rydel before they really get angry..."

"This is not angry for them?" Ross said in a cloud of confusion.

"No where even close. This is only the beginning."

Idk what happened but I suddenly felt really inspired, so I wrote and this is what is came to! Lol I hope you like it! Idek when will be the next time I update, but hey at least I'm back at it!
