The next day Rachel had to take a holiday from school because the ice cream she ate yesterday made her have a cold and a blocked nose and it was kind of getting worse. Megan stayed home with her and she had to, Megan said “Rachel I think you should go to your room and rest yourself, if you need anything tell me because I don’t want you to lose your strength.” “Ok mum I will.” 

Rachel went to her room as she was told but she didn’t want rest because that would make her easily bored so she thought to herself an d said “Because I get easily bored I might just do something in my diary but seriously where did I put it?” She looked around the room and she did not find it. She remembered now where she put it was down stairs near the microwave but she couldn’t go down so she shouted to her mum and said “MUM my diaries on the microwave can you please get it for me!” Rachel didn’t realise that Megan was right next to her room laughing at Rachel but Rachel laughed as well even though it was kind of embarrassing.

Rachel got her diary and she started writing:

Dear diary I am at home today because of the ice cream I ate yesterday and it looks like I got infected I just don’t get why this always happen to me! Well anyways Kaytlen now has a blog for me and I have nearly finished my first dress this life’s is gonna have lots of ups and downs. Anyway I am like so excited and I have nothing to say (no words).             Rachel Signing Out!         

Rachel felt so weak that she did not even move out of her cosy and comfortable bed all day. But when it flew through her head she just couldn’t handle staying in bed so she went straight down to her mum for getting what Megan said. She said as loud as her mouth could say with her strength.  “Mum, I have to go to Kaytlen’s house right now because I am running out of time for the POP-UP show! (Coughs).”  “No darling you are far too sick to go on with the POP-UP, just look at yourself. You’re getting destroyed by the second!” “But mum please!”   “When I say no it means no.”   “Megan Lisa Tamey would your own mother do that to you? Well… Fine if you don’t want to answer we just have to put grandma on the line?”  “No don’t because just let me get dressed and I will take you there but I can’t believe you used the grandma speech!”  Rachel was smirking bad...

So finally Rachel was off to Kaytlen’s place to finish off her unique dresses. Once they got there Kaytlen was astonished and a little upset to see Rachel so Rachel asked “What, aren’t you happy to see me here?” “No that’s not the problem here, because I thought you were sick and I don’t want you to be getting sick because of the POP-UP.”

No one said anything for a moment and then finally Kaytlen said “Fine, just come in and finish of some stuff and then I will take you home to rest, alright?” “Ok, Kaytlen let’s get… umm… dress making!”  Rachel went racing to the dress making room and started right away. Kaytlen went to the kitchen to find something to drink and, she got a Fanta drink and some Salt and Vinegar chips and she went into the room.
