I used to hit people all the time, especially Blake. It never really bothered him, because it was who I was. I had stopped hitting him for about two weeks; it was my longest recors without hitting somebody. One day we were in art class and he was pulling my hair and messing with me. It was getting on my nerves; I casually leaned back so my foot would hit his leg. he said that it counted as me hitting him. That made me really mad, because that meant I lost my streek. It felt as if I had wasted two weeks.

It made me so agry and ticked off that i punched and kicked him about twenty times. I quit when I got tired. HE started not talking to me. It really depressed me, because he is my best friend. Everyday he wouldn't talk to me. If he talked about me, he referred to me as "said person". HE got several of my other guy friends to stop talking to me, too. That's the one thing that gets to me. I hate it when people are mad at me or not talking to me. It makes me want to cry, and I am not an emotional girl. His girlfriend got mad at him because she is my best girl friend, and we always hung out together. It made it awkward when he would only talk to her. She tried her hardest to bring me into converstaions.

When he stopped talking to me I made a promise to myself and him that I would not hit anyone ever again, no matter what. H didn't know about my promise until exactly three weeks after it happened, because that is when he started talking to me again. He made me extremely happy that day. He would still mess with me and try to get me to hit him. I always refused. I either ignored him or annoyed him back.

He got his friends to try and mess with me to see if I would hit anybody; I never did. I always thought about it, but it wasn't worth breaking my promise. After a week or so he stopped messing with me as much. We were back to normal or as normal as we could be.
