Just A Few Days

"WAKE THAT ASS UP" the alarm clock went off. I hit that damn thing across the room. There go another alarm clock that I've broken. That's the 4th one I broke this week , my mama is gonna put her foot up my ass if she have to buy another one .

I hop out the bed thinking about what I'm gonna wear tonight . Whats going on tonight?

Well it is finna be lit , I'm talking about the biggest back to school party ever! Everybody finna be in there.

Me & my the besties finna be finer than a glass of wine.

My boo , Jet is going to be at the party so y'all know I'm finna shut it down!

Jet is the fine ass dude around the way. I'm talking about brown sugar skin tone, 6'6, deep dimples, a body that will have you beating a bitch up over him.

He is the beta's son in our tribe. Everybody think we're going to be mates when our birthday come. He might be fine & all but I don't feel like he's the one if y'all know what I mean.

Anyways he's just some to play with until the real thing shows up.

"LUNA , DIDN'T I TELL YOU TO WASH THE DISHES LAST NIGHT ?!?!?" My mom yells. I roll my eyes to the ceiling. " I am so fucking ready to leave here" I mumbled. " Maaaaaaa I fell asleep before I was going to wash the dishes" I respond back. "WELL YOU UP NOW SO GET DOWN HERE NOW !" My mom snaps at me. I go to my walk in closet and get my Victoria Secret Pink tank top and my Nike sweat pants & put them on.

I ran down the stairs , smelling my mom famous pancakes & breakfast casserole. ( it has hash browns, cheese, bacon, eggs, & sausage in it) "Good morning Mama" I say while leaning in to give her a kiss on the cheek. "Wash the dishes or you're not going to the party" she says while walking back to the stove.

I would have said some smart to her but this party is tooooo important to miss & I don't have time for her to go all Alpha female on me.

She will have me by my throat against the wall faster than you can say " Ma I'm sorry"

" So what are you going to wear?" My mom asked. " I said "Well it's this cream cropped top with lace and the bottoms is high waist ripped jeans. The shoes are nude high heels with a cute bow on the side."

"Ooh that will be cute on you Luna" my mom says.

"Jet will find you very attractive in that outfit " my mom says with a smirk. "Mom don't get your hopes up for Jet to be my mate" I say with a attitude.

"Watch your tone pup" my mom side eye me while cutting up some strawberries. "Besides he is the best young wolf we have here in the tribe" she says.

Ugh I swear they get on my nerves saying that me & Jet will be great together.

I walk to the sink & start washing the dishes. I smell my daddy before he pull up the drive way.

"Dad is back" I yells while running to my dads BMW. " Hey daddy I missed you...what took you so long ?!?" I say while hugging him.

He pulls out his luggage with ease, out of the trunk of his car. " Hey baby girl , I had a lot to handle over seas" while sighing. "Daddy what's wrong ?" I look at him with worried eyes.

I swear being Alpha for the best tribe in the United States & number 2 in the WHOLE WORLD. Can take a number on someone.

"Daddy what did the King say?" I pulled one of his suitcases to the house. " Luna I need to tell you something, so please don't get mad". He has this look in his eyes that tells me that I'm going to be pissed off.

"Well baby girl....... something going on with the rouges wolves. They need are preparing something big & they are coming for the King. So I need to keep something for him & prepare it for the battle " He is not even looking me in the eyes.

"Daddy what are you......" Dad holds up his hand to silent me.

Before you start yelling at me about what's going on ... He is only going to b saying with us for a few days"
