Slowly, I opened up my eyes and looked around and looked to the side of me, Leati wasn't in the room, he must be downstairs. I removed the covers and saw that I was dressed in his shirt, that fucker. I got up from my bed and went to my bedroom connected bathroom. I opened the door, but didn't realize Leati was showering. I ignored him, kinda, and started brushing my teeth, washed my face and floss my teeth. I realize he was still showering so I took my chance and did my toilet business. (a/n: Lmao 😂) Once I was done, Leati turned off the water and I started washing my hands again. "Morning, amor." He wrapped his towel around his waist and leaned over and kissed my mouth. "Good morning, Leati." I told him softly.
I showered once he left the bathroom, taking not that long to do so. I was probably in there for 10-15 minutes. Once I was done with the basic; shampoo and conditioner, I let myself stand there, wondering what would my life be like if I keep Leati in my life like this. What would've happened if I had just ignored him. Or done anything to avoid him at all coast. What would really happened if I actually said no to him?
I was so lost in thought, the sound of the bathroom door opening took me out of my thoughts. "Babe, you okay?" I didn't want him to look in so I replied back grabbing the body wash. "Yeah, I'm okay, almost done." He yelled back over the water. "Okay, I'm making breakfast, I didn't know what you wanted; eggs or waffles, so I made pancakes." My stomach must have grumbled so loud cause I heard Leati laugh. "Okay, thank you."
Once I was dressed and finished my food, I sat on my sofa and started watching tv. Roman came down stairs, looking like he's leaving to go somewhere. "I'll be back, Skye. I'm going to my house to pick up more clothes and have to go and buy something at the mall, okay?"
I looked at him making sure he saw that I nodded at him and saying okay back.

I got in Skye's car and drove off to my house which wasn't that far, maybe about a good thirty minutes away. Once I got in the driveway, I shut off the car, and closed the door. I walked up to my house, unlocked it and went in. I started packing a few more clothes. I was staying with Skye for the whole week or so, so I packed three luggages and put them in the car.
After I was done with that, I drove off to the mall, again not that far. I arrived and locked the doors and went in straight to the jewelry store. "Hello, sir, what may I do for you today?" A employee asked me. "I wanna see your finest engagement rings you got." I said back with a smile on my face. "Ah, yes. They are over here." He took me where they were and they in fact looked amazing. "I'll take that one." I said pointing to a ring that has a big diamond in the middle and tiny little ones around it and around the ring, perfect for Skye.
After I paid for the ring, I went to buy new shoes and socks so Skye doesn't suspect a thing. I left the mall and on my way back to her house, I had picked up take outs. I pulled out my phone and called her just to make sure she doesn't eat anything. "Hello?" "Hey, it's me, Leati. Just wanted to say don't eat anything I'm bringing over food." I heard her shuffling around. "Okay. I'll just save it for tomorrow then." "What were you gonna make?" I asked. "Just a dish I learned from my Salvadoran side called 'Pan Con Pollo'. It's really good." I don't know why but I just loved it when she spoke in Spanish.
"Aww, I'm sorry. I promise I'll help you make it tomorrow. I just ordered take outs. I'll be there in a few minutes." I told her. "Okay." We both said bye and hanged up. I just can't wait to propose to Skye, the ring is perfect for her, I just gotta wait for the right time and place.
