"I've come with two messages sent directly to you."
An anonymous man in a brown, trench coat who looked super shady sat in the opposite bench behind Jotaro. Jotaro, stayed silent for a bit, pulled down the tip of his rather strange hat.
"As you know, it's dangerous to use anything such as phones, telegrams, or anything of that sort. Well, that's what you've told me anyway," he continued, "So, here's the first message."
Jotaro stared at the distance to his left, slowly putting down the newspaper he had unraveled. He waited for the man to continue the message silently. "'From Joseph Joestar,'" he stated, "'I will be arriving at the Morioh harbor tomorrow afternoon.'"
"As for the other message," he continued even further, "We've brought a stand user over from (insert place you were from). They will be showing up a short while after Joseph's arrival at the Morioh harbor. That is all."
With that, the man sat up from the wooden bench and left. It left Jotaro with slight curiosity on who the new stand user may have been. Maybe it was another dog like Iggy or maybe even a dangerous criminal for all he knew.

"M'am."
"M'am."
There, on the helicopter, was a girl who appeared to be not any older than Josuke. She sported messy (short/long) hair with a (f/c) scrunchy of white polka dots tying up small strands of her hair into a short pony tail above all her other hair (idk what you call that hairstyle). She was lazily leaned back in her seat with a Pink Dark Boy manga laying on the top of her face. A little drool trickled down the corners of her chapped lips.
"M'am!"
Realizing what was going on, she sat back normally on her seat surprised and stared at the speaker calling out to her. The manga that laid on her head had already fallen on the floor with the pages put back in and landed with the back cover on top. "Ah, what seems to be the problem?" she asked cluelessly as she gently wiped the saliva from her mouth with her sleeves. A man in his work uniform for the Speedwagon foundation sighed and put an arm on the left side of his seat.
"We're gonna be in Morioh soon, so get yourself ready," he says. Excitedly, the girl stuffs her book back in her luggage and puts her ball point pen decorated with cute Sanrio characters in a denim skirt pocket of hers. Leaning her face on the window, she accidentally puts most of her body weight on the helicopter causing it to slightly tilt to the side. Which, of course, scared the pilots to death.
"Wow," she exclaimed excitedly, "so this is Morioh!"
