My Wolf Girl

Chapter 5

Tomomi opened the door and the person was grandma Jiu who smiled at them and widened her eyes when she saw Mami.

"Grandma Jiu, whats wrong?" Tomomi asked still holding the doorknob

"l-let me in" Grandma jiu said.

"O-okay" Tomomi made way for grandma Jiu and then closed the door.

Rina and Haruna stood up and bowed to her, she bowed back then Mami quickly jumped from the couch hiding behind it. Grandma Jiu let out a long sigh and crossed her arms, looking at all 3 of the girls who were still in a blurred state and back to Mami.

"I never thought that you couldn't die" Grandma Jiu said as she shook her head and went closer to Mami.

"You know her?" Rina asked scratching the back of her head.

"For as long as I can remember hahaha she used to be so little"

"what do you mean? she wasn't always like this?" Tomomi asked.

"No, she was just a normal little girl before" Grandma Jiu said still smiling at Mami but she kept hiding.

"What happened then?" Tomomi asked again.

The smile on Grandma Jiu's face turned into a frown and then sat down on the couch.

"It was her father's fault.." Grandma jiu said sadly.

The 3 were exchanging looks to eachother when grandma Jiu spoke again.

"Her father was a scientist..He was a nice and kind man, he lived happily in this house with his wife but then.....He became a single father after his wife died when giving birth to the child" She said and pointed at Mami.

"So Mami has a real name?" Haruna said.

"No she doesn't, his father kept calling her 'kid'. I think he does take care of her but he was obssesed with his work about wolves and what not." Grandma Jiu said.

"So what happened to her" Haruna asked as she crossed her arms and sat down on a chair.

The two sat down also and waited for Grandma Jiu to speak up.

"What did her father do to her?" Tomomi asked.

"By the time she was 16, her father injected her with something but it lead to a disaster.. She turned into a wolf and killed her father.."

Their jaw was opened when they knew what Mami did. Grandma Jiu looked at them and over to Mami.

"I will bring her with me tomorrow, you ladies can't have anymore trouble."

theres was only silence in the room for a while and Grandma Jiu stood up bowing at the 3 of them.

"Im sorry for the trouble she had done to you" She said and walked outside.

After that, Haru quickly stood up and pulled Mami upstairs to her room. Rina wanted to follow her but Tomomi grabbed her hand and shook her head to her.

"But Haru-" Rina said.

"It's best if you let her be.." Tomomi cut her words.

Then minutes later, Hitori came back with the police. He kicked the door and observed the place letting the police come in the house.

"Where is she?" He said glaring at the two girls

"Where is who?" Tomomi said giving a confused look to Hitori .

Hitori slammed his hand on the table giving a threatening look to Tomomi.

"You know who I mean!" he shouted.

The police stopped him and took out a notebook and a pen.

"Alright this boy said that there was a girl who almost killed his friends, is she here?" the policeman said.

"She had to do it because this guy! wanted to rape my friend!" Rina said to the policeman.

"Is that true?" he asked Hitori.

Hitori smirked and put his hands on his waist.

"Your gonna believe these girls!!? Do you even know who I am!?" Hitori shouted.

"Okay, firstly I don't know who the hell you are and secondly shouting at a policeman is gonna get you arrested" the policeman said trying to be calm.

The raging Hitori then walked back and forth thinking of what to say next.

"You should leave" Tomomi said.

"Leave? I bought this house, which makes it mine. You women really don't know how to respect man!" Hitori said

He looked upstairs and smiled.

"Hoho lucky" Hitori said as he went up the stairs.

He went to Haruna's room and forced the door to open. He then saw Haruna singing a song to Mami, and let out a long sigh while walking in circles around them.

"What do you want?" Haruna said glaring at him.

Mami was growling at him wanting to break his bones, but she just forced herself not to. Hitori stopped walking and took the guitar off her hands then smashed it on the floor. They were shocked of what He did till Haruna was about to cry, Mami comforted her by giving her a hug.

"Your beast over here is gonna be dead!" Hitori said with a laugh

Then Tomomi and Rina came up with the policeman. He grabbed Hitori's arm and moved him back.

"What do you think your doing?!" The policeman shouted at him.

Hitori just let out a crazy laugh started to lose it. Tomomi and Rina went to Haruna who was already crying.

"Haru, are you okay?" Rina asked.

Haruna responded with a nod and wiped the tears in her eyes. The policeman brought Hitori downstairs and Tomomi and Rina followed him while Mami and Haruna were still in the room. Haruna cried again and covered her face with her hands, Mami was still hugging her hoping she will stop crying. Downstairs, Hitori was still laughing crazily.

"Well what are you gonna do with him?" Tomomi asked.

"I gotta send this boy home of course." He replied.

"Just throw him in the river, it'd be easier." Rina said rolling her eyes.

The polliceman laughed at Rina's suggestion, he then took off with Hitori. Tomomi and Rina decided to call it a night but went upstairs to check on Haruna and Mami. When they got there, they were gone but the window was opened.

"Oh no." Tomomi said then looking at Rina who also seemed shocked.
