Chapter 9

(Constance's POV)

We first went to the roller coaster. First, I was scared to go because there was a big loop de loop and it might make me throw up. Jace pulled me to go. I hesitated at first but then I just went. I ended up having fun. Then we went to the water roller coaster, haunted house, 5D Movies, and the bumper cars. I was nervous about the last 2 rides because they were the love tunnel and the ferris wheel. In the ferris wheel, we are going to be alone in a small room. And the love tunnel is romantic. We went to the love tunnel first. We were in the boat leading to the tunnel. We saw other couples in the other boats kissing and it made me nervous. "Hey, Constance. You okay, you are sweating like hell" I noticed I was sweating everywhere. "Ummm, I'm just excited for the fun parts in this ride... wheee..." We stayed quiet for a long time then suddenly, Jace leaned in and kissed me.

(Jace's POV)

I kissed her! I couldn't help myself! She looked too beautiful and her lips were right in front of me! Argh! What's going to happend to our relationship?!

She quickly pulled away from the kiss and she looked shocked. "You kissed me." she said still having that surprised look on her face. "Um...you just had a piece of candy stuck to your lip so I just sucked at it... I love candy..." Nice cover, Jace! Now this relationship is definately gonna blow up... I can't lose Constance now.... We just became friends.... The ride finally ended and she stayed silent. We headed over to the ferris wheel and got in our seats. Constance was in the other end of the seat staring at her window while I stared at mine. I couldn't help it anymore so I just spoke up. "Hey Constance" She looked at me with those amazing blue eyes. I stared into her eyes and continued to talk. "I'm sorry for what happend there. In the Love Tunnel. I just got carried away.." She raised her eyebrows in amusement. I sighed and stared at the ground. Then she spoke to me. "The kiss wasn't bad", she whispered. I just looked at her and smiled.  "What? I can't hear you!!", I said trying to tease her. She giggled lightly. Oh how cute her giggles are... "I said the kiss wasn't bad." "WHAATTT?!" I said again. She sent me a glare and I put my hands up in mock surrender. I coudn't help but smile like a fool. Then I spoke up. "Hey Constance?" "Yeah?" she said looking at me. I smiled and got down on one knee trying not to jiggle the ferris wheel. "Will you be my girlfriend?"
