So after the downfall of Oogie Boogie, Jack and Sally are reunited together atlast and finally admit their love to each other and decide to get married and they did, when suddenly Sally wakes up and discovers she's pregnant, then nine months later arrives a beautiful baby girl and they decided to name her Judy, now Judy has some of her dad's features like the eye's, the smile/skeleton grin and her mom's features, like the hair and lips ,so by combining both of their names of course, but Judy isn't just any regular girl, she is also The Pumpkin Princess of Halloween Town, and when she turns 17, she will then have to help out her dad with running things around the place and start the preporations and decorations and other things for Halloween.
