Maggie POV
I had arrived at The Bistro earlier than expected. I was nervous. We hadn't talked in so long, she might think I'm weird and not the way I once was. I stared at the marbled counter top of the two person table that sat in the corner of the bistro waiting patiently. My mind full of thoughts: maybe she will realize I'm disgusting, ugly, fat, and stupid and leave me in the same pit I forced myself into causing our falling out. Dispite my effort to ignore the fact that I'm falling for her I can't help but think about her. My breathing becoming heavy as I try to fight the urge to force another mark onto my skin. Rolling up my sleeve looking at all the marks new and old, I rub the newest mark to get the same relief with out adding another mark. "Maggie!", Eve's cheerful voice exclaimed. I look up at her. Her beautiful emerald green eyes shone at me, her bubbly personality obvious. "Hey", I smiled, quickly pushing down my sleeve.
Evelette's POV
I took a seat across from Maggie. I was ecstatic I was finally able to catch up with her. Go over the time we missed being to get her. I missed the old times. Our stupid jokes, our clumsiness, and our late night talks. "I'm so glad you came!" She said, as if a switch turned her into this happy little girl on Christmas Eve. For some reason she she look out of it when I walked up almost upset as she held her arm. A order was called over the intercom, causing Maggie to leap up and head over to the counter, grabbing a pizza. She came back over in quick movement, setting a Alfredo pizza topped with chicken and sausage. My heart melted. "My favorite pizza! How did you know?" I asked, digging in quickly. "I remembered one sleepover where you said that this was one of your favorite pizzas." She replied shyly. Then proceeded on to say " It's become my favorite over the years." I was surprised after all these years she'd remember and even tried it. Even my boyfriend Jack couldn't remember. He couldn't even remember my birthday. The thought of her remembering all about me made my heart leap out of my chest.
Maggie's POV
She dug into the pizza as if she hadn't eaten in years. I remember our late nights with too many bowls of cereal causing me to grin lightly. I watch the most beautiful girl in the world grab another piece. Giggling to my self I nibble of my one piece unable to concentrate on anything but her beauty. She looked up at me swallowing the piece in her mouth before speaking. "I just want to say, thank you so much for hanging out with me. Are we still going to see Home or not?." Smiling at how sincere her thank was I replied, " Of course I'd hangout with you anytime. I'm still down for a movie if you are?" "Well let's go don't want to be late," she stared rushing out the door. What have I gotten myself into?
