Chapter 1: To Find a Home [Part II]

Daniel's Point of View:

     I woke up bright and early. Ziahh was still sleeping in the bed. I got out of bed, not even bothering to wake him up. Then, I went downstairs and took a shower. After that, I had breakfast.
     By the time I was done eating, I saw Ziahh making his way downstairs and into his food bowl filled with food. I washed the dishes just like any other day, and relaxed on the couch.
     I was getting about to doze off when Ziahh jumped onto me. "Hi Daniel!" He said.
     "Hi Ziahh. I was about to take a nap when you woke me up!" I replied.
     "Huh? But you just woke up!" He said.
     "Yeah, but I love naps!" I replied playfully.
     "OK?"
     He looked at me suspiciously, then sat right next to me. He was so cute when he's doing that. Made me feel happy for once.

~~Time Skip~~

Mom's Point of View:

     I secretly went out using the back entrance and made my way to the woods. I was meeting with HIM again. I was tired of him! I hate him! But I can't say that to him or he will kill Daniel. And I was afraid he might just do that. I love Daniel! He's my son! I can't let him kill Daniel.
     I trudged my way through the thickness of the forest and met up with him. "I-I'm here!" I said.
     "Glad you came," he said in an evil voice. "Ready to accept our offer?"
     "Why would I be interested in your stupid offer?!" I replied.
     "This is just business. Now, make up your mind or off with his head..."
     "I'd rather die for my son that let him be killed!" I yelled at him. He just smiled evilly and retreated farther into the forest. What an evil man.
     I was about to go home when I heard an explosion behind me. I turned back and I saw an army with him. "What the..." I gasped.
     "You should've made up your mind a lot sooner..." He said. His army began to chase me, but I ran so fast and made my way to the house. I panted really hard and went to the living room to find Daniel. He recognized me breathing heavily and asked, "Mom? Are you alright?"
     "Daniel, I'm really sorry for doing this to you..." I came in front of him and placed my hands on Daniel and Ziahh's heads.

Daniel's Point of View:

     "M-mom?" I said nervously. What was she doing? She said a few spell-like words as a tear began to roll from her eye. As she said the words, I began to feel sleepy. Really sleepy. Before I knew it, I slowly began to close my eyes. As I closed it, I could see someone behind mom.
    "M-mom! W-Wait!" I said. But it was too late. I already fainted...

     Hi There! Sorry I took too long to publish another chapter. I'm busy with school at the moment. Sorry guys! I wonder what will happen in the next chapter? Hmm... XD! Anyways, sorry for the short chapter and author's note. I'll try to make long chapters if I could. But, thank you guys for reading this chapter and I'll see you guys in the next one. Bye!
