Killing Instinct

Lauren has been acting very weird lately, she looks crazy and depressed all the time now . I asked her "Is everything okay, can I help you with something?" but  she just gave me a old looking note,so I opened it and it said "I can not sleep because of a painting in the hallway, everywhere I go it's there .It looks like a woman without eyes and is bleeding very badly, her mouth was stitched up and behind the frame of the painting was a little bag with a notebook in it , I opened the notebook and inside it said"I  am about to be murdered by a man , this picture in the frame is me after I was very badly hit ,slapped,stabbed and thrown around the rocky ground .The man said that he has been killing parents for a long time ,so I am I soul now protecting this house from him because he is still alive after 23 years.Lauren said that she remembered  him as a parent murder because someone killed his parents so he want other children to see what it feels like without your parents.When I was in the small cottage I saw a picture of parents and one picture that looked as if it was the murder. Then I kept on reading the notebook and it showed a picture of the killer, he has black short hair , a beard,a stitch on his forehead and he was holding a knife in his hand . So I ran to the cottage as fast as I could and Lauren was trying to keep up and she did, when I got the I looked at the picture ,took out the note with the picture in it and they looked the same . Lauren and I were in shock about it so we literally just ran as fast as we could back to the house which I can call  home now I guess .I went back up to the painting and looked at it very carefully to see was their anything that I could use as a clue. after looking at it for 5 minutes I saw a  red blade that looked like a bread knife.Then we were going to our bedroom's when we heard a loud scream coming from the woods , we looked  through the window and saw a wolf chasing someone dressed in dark clothes.
