Aaron woke up groggy. He rolled out of bed and slowly crept to the bathroom. He got back to his room and checked his pone, the time read 3:12 A.M, the dull glow fading as he placed it back onto the nightstand. He rolled up into the thick, black, blanket, after a few moments of trying to go back to his peaceful sleep with no luck at all he got up, turned on his Xbox, and flopped into a comfortable position on the bed to start playing Minecraft.
The phone started playing What Does The Fox Say and Aaron quickly picked it up. "Yah trick yah?" Aaron casually answered, Raviv was on the other line.
"Aaron? Oh thank God you're still up! Let's play an Xbox game I'm bored." Raviv sighed. Aaron felt butterflies but then noticed Raviv's exhausted tone.
"What are you still doing up, Raviv?" He asked genuinely concerned. Raviv sighed again and thought for a moment on what to say.
"There was someone in my house," Raviv made a small choked sob, "He's gone now the cops came and he ran away." Raviv sniffled, Aaron sighed quietly (his senpai could've been terribly hurt) noticing her terrible state.
"So the guy got away?" Raviv let out another choked sob on the other line. Aaron quietly and patiently waited for a reply.
"Yes," Raviv said exhaling very heavily into the phone. "So what game do you want to play on Xbox?" Aaron flipped over his controller and bit the inside of his cheek gently.
"Why don't you just bring your controller and your overnight bag and spend the night in the guest room if you feel unsafe." Aaron got up and went to turn the heat up a bit and Raviv sighed in utter relief and happiness.
"Okay, that sounds fun. I'll be over in ten minutes." The sound of shuffling cloth already loud and apparent. Aaron smiled slightly. Sepai's coming over.
"Call me when you get close, okay?" He waited until e hear Raviv faintly say "Okay." and he hung up quickly. He ran to the guest bedroom, cleaned it up a bit and put clean sheets on the luxurious queen bed. Aaron made one last sweep of the room to make sure Matt didn't leave anything embarrassing behind.
He got a bit hungry and put a pizza in the oven. No better midnight snack than a pizza! He ran back to his room and logged onto his world that housed his kingdom to start working on it. His phone buzzed, he jumped and answered on the fourth buzz.
"Yah?" Aaron grunted and got up. He walked down the stairs to the kitchen to check on the pizza. The oven beeped sharply and Aaron jumped.
"I'm pulling in on your street now. What house number was yours again?" Raviv asked over the sound of A Day To Remember playing.
"45," Aaron said recognizing the song at once. "DISINFECT YOUR SUROUNDINGS!" Raviv laughed at the joke turning the song down. Aaron pulled the pizza out, placing it on the stove top. He slowly cut into the pzza, the cheese slowly oozing off onto the tray and his stomach growled like an animal.
"I found it!" Raviv shouted pulling Aaron out of his cheesy dream (Ha, cheesy! See what I did there?!)
"Alright perfect timing the pizza just got done, I'll come out and help you with your stuff." Aaron said wrestling with his shoes. He walked out the door and saw Raviv pull into the drive way. Aaron walked over to the car. Raviv got out and to his surprise hugged him.
"Thanks for this, Aaron." Raviv smiled, slightly pink. Aaron smiled back, grabbed her overnight bag and started walking back to the house.
"Anything for a friend." Aaron chimed. (Anything for senpai!) Raviv opened the door for Aaron while he stumbled through the threshold into the spacious living room. Aaron led Raviv through the living room and up the slightly too steep stairs. Aaron kicked the door that stood ajar, it flung open to reveal a gorgeous, grand room. Raviv let out a small gasp.
"This room is beautiful!" Raviv spoke quietly eyes sparkling. Aaron chuckled.
"It's a bit bland I think." He grimaced. Raviv looked back at him and shook her head.
"This room has more space than my master bedroom." She said astonished at all the space. She took her overnight bag and went to the closet. Raviv opened it and found paintings inside. She gently ran her fingers across a painting of a weeping willow then pulled it out of the closet. "Who painted this?"
"Destiny, she likes to store her shit here." Aaron shook his head. A rustling was heard outside the French doors leading out to the balcony overlooking the back yard. They both waved it away like it was nothing. Destiny swings over the little iron walls of the balcony and burst into the bedroom from the French doors.
"Oi, you talking shit Bubby?" Destiny said acting angry. "Matt don't touch the fucking pool!" She started to climb back down but stopped when Aaron grabbed her arm and yanked her into the room.
"What is going on here?!" Aaron nearly yelled. Destiny looked around smiling wickedly. "Dessy, I swear to god." Raviv comes over with the weeping willow painting.
"Did you paint this?" She asks Destiny slightly in awe. Destiny nodded and shook her arm free.
"Now if you excuse me, I just drank two cans of Mountain Dew and I'm ready to fuck shit up!" Destiny yells as she runs and jumps into the deep end of the pool from the balcony. As she comes up for air and swims to the edge Matt jumps in the pool making a huge, unnecessary splash.
"Hey!" Destiny yells in protest splashing Matt. Aaron runs out onto the balcony mouth open at the horror that was once a beautiful, open backyard.
"What the fuck?!" Aaron enraged and slightly red of embarrassment from his friends and his now ruined back yard. Raviv came out laughing quietly. "Why the fuck are you in my yard? Why are there arrows in the tree?"
"Oh, I decided to teach Matt archery. Then he got bored and trashed the place." Destiny replied ever so casually jumping back into the pool.
"That is so not okay!" Aaron raged on and pulled Raviv all the way down the stairs to the back door.
"Ooooh, he's coming out so scared!" Matt sarcastically rolled his eyes, Matt got out and splashed back in. Aaron stomped furiously out onto the concrete patio.
"Shut the fuck up Matt. You're not going to do shit." Aaron challenged. Matt being a smartass splashed water towards Aaron and Raviv, managing to only hit Aaron.
