Toby POV

" I need you here for me and Scarlett " spencer says. " ok Spence I'm not going to call the cops " I say. " good " she says than hugs me. " spencer please don't think I'm going to leave you if you do something wrong like join the A team to protect our daughter but you won't " I say. " I know but I'm not going to toby " she says. " good " I say. " becasue I have you to protect me and our Scarlett " she says. " Yeah" I say and hug her. " spencer when we get married one day will we be one of those couples that only has sex on celebrations?" I ask. " no because we love eachother and we will not drift apart " she says. Spencer POV

I get up and calm Scarlett down. I was just about to kiss toby. I wonder why toby asked me if we were going to be one of those couples that only has sex when they celebrate. Maybe he's going ask me to marrie him hope so.

After I calm down scar I go back into the kittchen toby isn't in there . where is her. I walk up the stairs and our door I shut I walk in and there's rose pedles everywhere and a box of chocalates on the bed with rose pedles around it it's shaped like a heart I open it there's a note it says

I find the arows and follow them they lead me to Scarlett's room. I find a thing of flowers with another note it says

I follow the blue arrows it leads me to the gust bedroom. there's a picture of me and toby on the bed next it says

The pink and green arrows lead me to the master bathroom.

I find a box of chaoclates On the box it says

go in the shower and turn it on stay in there you will get a surprise don't stay in there I gusse no surprise

So I take off my clothes and go in the shower.

After about 5 minutes

I feel someone's arms around me.

" Toby?" I ask . "yes " he says. " your so sweet " I say as I turn around to kiss him. " your so pretty spence " he says and kisses me. " I love you so much toby " I say. " I love you to " he says.

After our shower

I go check on scar she's sleeping. than I go in our bedroom and try to put my clothes on but I only get my bra and underwear on. than toby wraps his arms around me. " Toby I have to get dressed " I say. " no you don't " he says than kisses my neck. " yes I do toby " I say. " what about after dinner tonight?" he asks. " wait what dinner?" I ask. " the one I'm making for you tonight " he says." ok after dinner " I say and get the rest of my clothes on.

I go and drop arias house. aria and jake wanted to take her for the night.

As I'm driving home I get a text from A saying " Hey Spence gusse what when you have a romantic dinner with toby. he's going to ask you to marry you. But if you wanna keep Scarlett and toby safe say no to toby kisses -A". Toby's going to ask me to marry him how could I not say yes but if I want to keep my daughter safe and my toby I have to say no but I I just can't he will break.

I get home and see toby in the kittchen cooking. " hi " I say. " what's the mater spence?' he asks. " nothing " I say and kiss him. " so what do you want to do " he asks. ' I don't know dinner " I say. " dinner will be ready in 20 minutes wanna watch something or we can just talk " he suggests. "let's talk " I say. " ok " he says. After dinner toby goes upstairs than calls me up.
