Chapter 12: Cut

I wake up breathing heavily and looked around and I saw Carl next to me in my bed he woke up because of me

"Elizabeth hey , hey what's wrong"he asks hugging me

"I had a nightmare"I cry

"Do you want to talk about it?"he asks

"Maybe when I'm ready"I say calming down

"Okay, hey it's only 4:15am do you want to do something fun?"he asks I know what he means but I don't think I'm ready

"Like what?"I ask hoping he doesn't say 'hey let's have sex I know you just got raped and all but it'll be fun'

"I don't know, do you wanna go into the woods?"he asks

"And what play with walkers?"I joke

"Sure if you want to"he says

"Oh my god Carl I'm kidding"I say laughing

"Shh we have to be quite Maggie, Glenn, Beth and Noah are still sleeping"I say still laughing a little bit

"Oh right"he says

"Let me get ready then we can go"I say after a while of laughing

"Okay"he says, I go to my closet and grad jeans, a tank top and cover shirt
((TRIGGER WRANNING))
I go into the bathroom and I look into the mirror and I see someone, someone broken, some useless, someone unwanted, I hate who I see, I take off my shirt and my pants and I see fat, I've been growing, I stand there and then I look at my scars on my wrists and I look at them for a couple minutes and then it just happened, I just started cutting I look at the blood going down my wrists and I yell from the pain, I think Carl heard me and he came banging on the bathroom door

"Elizabeth, ELIZABETH OPEN THE DOOR"Carl yells and he woke up everyone

"Elizabeth open the door"Beth yells banging on the door

"Elizabeth sweetie it's Maggie please open the door"Maggie calming yells

(Maggie's pov)
"Elizabeth sweetie it's Maggie please open the door"I say banging on the bathroom door

"Carl what happened?"Glenn asks

"We were sleeping but then she had a nightmare and I asked if she wanted to go into the woods for some fun and then she said yes and she took her clothes and went in there and then what ever is happening just happened"Carl says

"Someone get Daryl"Glenn says

"Elizabeth, elizabeth open this door right now"me and Beth say

(Elizabeth's pov)
I don't want them to worry anymore so I walk out

"Oh my god thank god you're okay"Maggie says and then everyone hugs me

"Where's Carl?"I ask

"He-- what happened why are you holding you're wrist?"Maggie asks, after a couple seconds she moves my hand and looks at my wrist, Carl and Daryl come running up the stairs and look at me

"Elizabeth why"Carl asks hugging me

"Please don't be mad"I say looking at everyone but mostly Daryl and Carl

"Elizabeth we would never be mad but why did you do this"Beth says

"You can tell them if you want Elizabeth they need to know"Carl says

"Whatever you have to say can wait you need to be cleaned up"Noah says
