Maddie huffed looking at the table full of camp recommendations. Nothing about a single dance camp. Her mom, Melissa, was making her be more productive other than dance and forced her to join a camp summer 2016.
"Having trouble." A voice said, and she turned to see a sweet looking blonde smiling at her.
She nodded afraid of saying something stupid.
"I'm Chloe, and you're Maddie Ziegler." She leaned over and Maddie's breath hitched in her throat.
"How creative are you?" Chloe sized her up.
"I'm pretty creative-" Chloe cut her off with excitement. "Then I have the perfect camp for you. It's only ages fourteen through eighteen, and it's a eight week camp. Plenty of time for you to return and do school shopping."
"Um, I don't know." Maddie looked at the clipboard with unease.
"It'll be fun, and even though its Art Camp, we do more than just art. I've been going since I was a freshman. Really brought me out of my shyness."
"Are you going to be there?" Maddie asked. She mentally slapped herself as Chloe smiled at her.
"Of course, silly. Just sign your full name, age, and upcoming grade, and take this brochure just to get a feel. Camp starts June 20th and ends August 12th."
