This is the year 2018; Derek, Andrew, and nick have all moved to los Angeles CA together and share a three roomed apartment. It has been a year (and some months) since they decided...
Derek's POV; "Dude, oh my god hurry up and pick a drink," I yell at Andrew. "We haven't broadcasted in four days and we can only broadcast until 10:30" "You mean you can only broadcast until 10:30? Why you in a rush, what do you have going on tonight?" Andrew ask and winks. I hit his shoulder and motion for him to shut up. "Oh so you and Maggie aren't doing anything?" Andrew ask. "No we're not doing anything- I mean we are doing something tonight, we're going out- we're not having sex if that's what you mean." I stumble with my words I don't want to say something I'll regret. "Okay" Andrew says and picks a sprite, he runs half way down the aisle and yells, "derek if Maggie hurts you I will end her! Your my best friend" I chuckle as I recall the thousand other times he's told me this, "I know Andrew you tell me everyday, don't worry she's good to me." I catch up to Andrew and we walk to a check out. The cashier is wearing a name tag, "joe" he scans all our items; sprite, pineapple aloe, Gatorade, two Fiji waters, Arizona tea, chocolate, and hot fries. "That'll be 13.57" joe says. I pull out my credit card and pay for it all. As we walk out the building Andrew pulls out fifteen dollars and motions it toward me. "Don't worry about it" I say and push the money back toward him. "Let me spot you!" He says and puts the money in my hand, I put my hand on his shoulder and look him in the eye and say, "I got you," I say and squeeze his shoulder, "don't worry" and smile as I hand him back the money. He smiles back at me and we go in for a hug. "Alright we gotta run back to the car nick and Sofia are waiting." Andrew says as he pulls out of the hug, we both run back to the car and open the door. Sofia (played by Sarah hyland, pictured below)

and nick are in the back seat, talking. "What took y'all so long?" Nick ask "Andrew had a fit picking a drink." I reply, I look at Sofia and hand her the chocolate and fiji water, she takes it from my hand and smiles. "Thanks." after a brief pause she says, "how Much was it? I'll pay you back." "Don't worry about it Sofia" I pass nick his Gatorade and Andrew his sprite than set the bag in the back seat. Andrew starts driving toward our apartment. "Nick are you gonna broadcast with us today or?" I say looking back. "I don't know, I mean I want to show them Sofia. We've been dating for almost three months and I haven't introduced them yet" nick says I look at nick than sofia, Sofia is looking at nick and smiling. "I think you should nick. They were so acceptive of maggie and jesse, I think they'll do the same with Sofia" I remind him. "Alright" nick says. After driving we finally get to our apartment and when the car comes to a stop, Sofia and nick make eye contact. "Last one to the room loses!" Sofia says while opening the door. Nick opens the door and they both start racing each other. For a second Sofia is in the lead when Nick speeds up and picks her up from behind. He puts her on his shoulder and starts spinning, she laughs and screams, than nick starts running up the stairs to our apartment with her on him. Andrew and I shake our heads and run up the stairs, we slow down as we reach our door, 32B. I unlock the door and head for a shower. "I'm gonna start broadacating at 7:30" I say and head for the shower. I turn on the water and begin scrubbing, it's gonna be a long night.
