Maggie's POV; I check my reflection in the rearview mirror before getting out the car and heading towards Derek's apartment. I notice a curl out of place and quickly fix it, after wards heading out the car. I walk up to the third floor, where their apartment is and knock. I hear a voice yell, "Someone's at the door" and footsteps being heard. The door opens, and Andrew is to be seen. "Hey is Derek ready?" I ask "No, but you can come in and wait. You look nice Maggie" he says and holds the door open, I'm wearing a red top and a beige colored skirt. (Maggie played by amandla stenberg, shown below):

I thank him And walk in and find a seat on the sofa across the tv. Sofia and nick are sitting at the kitchen table. "Hi Maggie" Sofia says. I say hi back and walk toward them. "Where are y'all going tonight?" Nick ask me. "I don't know, derek says he has a surprise for me, but I think liguinis, that new Italian restaurant that opened up last week" I say back. "I heard it really good there, get chicken Alfredo" Sofia says. "OK" I say, "what about y'all do y'all have any plans for tonight?" "No we're staying in, we're gonna watch movies and eat snacks" nick replies. "That sounds fun" I say and look around, Andrew is the dining area sitting down. "I'll be back" I tell Nick and Sofia and head over to Andrew. "Hey Andrew how's your night going?" I ask him. "Not well. Jesse said she's staying in Texas for another week. She was supposed to be home in two days" Andrew says. Jesse went to visit her family back in Texas for a week, but it must've turned into two weeks. "That really sucks. At least yall face time everynight" I tell him. "It's not the same, I wanna touch her and hold her in my arms" he says. I stay quote for a moment and say, "why don't you fly there for a couple days?" I ask. He looks at me than looks down and back at me, "You know what I'm gonna check to see if I have enough for my share of this month's rent and a two way ticket. Thanks Maggie" just as Andrew says this Derek comes out wearing black jeans, a white tshirt and a red plaid jacket. somehow Derek and I always manage to semi match each other. "You look good" I tell him. "As better go back inside, I was going for "amazing" or "far fetched"" he jokes. I playfully hit him on his arm. "Ow" derek pretends "Did it hurt, baby?" I say with a fake concerned look. "Yes" he says with a pouty face I kiss his arm than I kiss his cheek. We than head out of the apartment. "Bye" we say We continue driving to the restaurant.
