Chapter 2

"Have fun on your first day, sweetie!" My mom said as she kissed my forehead.

"Bye-bye Unnie!" Bonnie said as she hugged my leg,

"Yeah, seeya later nerd." Jongshin yelled out from the lounge.

I said my goodbyes and walked out of the house... I'm not even close to school and I'm already getting butterflies in my stomach.

I stopped at a near deli and bought a Strawberry Milk and a Cadbury chocolate. I walked out the shops and continued to walk to school,

I wonder of I'll meet a new friend. 

Ha, in your dreams. Your only friend is Megan. My inner thoughts said,

I virtually slapped my face, I need to think positive thoughts.

I wasn't even paying attention to where I was going and I accidentally bumped into someone.

"Aigoo! Sorry.." The stranger said, the stranger looked up and - OH MY LORD.

I must be dreaming! This cannot be happening right now.

"L-Luhan?" I said stuttering.

Since when did he come to California?! I'm usually updated on what Exo are up to..

He scratched the back of his neck, "Aha.. yes, it's me."

"What are you doing h-here in California?" I stuttered again, I actually cannot believe I'm standing in front of my idol, inside I was screaming like a freak.

"On tour.. We were meant to be leaving yesterday but our plane got delayed so we thought we could do extra concerts."

Wait.. did he just say we, so that means the other members are here too?!
"So does that mean, the rest of Exo are here?" I asked trying to be calm, he nodded his head.

"Your not like other fans, they'd usually be screaming up in my face." He said with a nervous laugh.

Your wrong, I am a crazy fangirl who would be screaming up in your face.

"Oh.. ah.. I'm gonna be late for school. Um, I'll see you around. Bye!" Before I could walk away he grabbed my arm..

Oh my gosh, oh my gosh. Luhan is touching me!

"What's your name?" He asked looking away,

"L-Lucy, Lucy Yum or you could call me my Korean name, it's Yum Sung-Hyo." I replied back.

"Ah, so your Korean. Well, I'll see you around." He finally let go of my arm and walked off.

'I'll see you around.'

Those words kept repeating in my head. Did he really mean it? Or was he just joking?

"Hello? Lucy! Are you even listening to me?!" Megan waved her hands in front of my face.

"Huh? What?" I looked at her confused, I wasn't even paying attention to what she was saying.

"I said, have you heard that Exo are in town?" She squealed like a maniac.

There was no way that I would ever tell Megan about me meeting Luhan because she would never believe me and if she actually did believe me she would ask me billions of questions. "Yes I have, to bad we can't see them perform." I said making a sad face.

"We will be seeing them perform! I won a competition and I got 2 VIP tickets!" Megan said, it took me a few seconds to realize what she said then we ended up screaming at the top of our lungs.

"Does this mean we get to see them in person too?!" I squealed.

"Hell yeah!" She replied back.

Before we could continue our fangirling session the bell went for our last period of the day.

I was on my way to the park near my house, I couldn't be bothered going home just yet because the weather is amazing!
I sent a text to my mum so she wouldn't get worried.

Sender ; Umma. <3
Umma, I'm going to be at the park. So don't get worried about me. xoxo.

Okay, Sung-Hyo. Get home by 6 before it gets dark!! LOL XX

I laughed, my mum thinks LOL means Lots of Love, I blame Jonghin for telling her that. I shoved my phone into my pocket, I have three hours. That'll give me time to think.

I sat on one of the swings, I still can't believe I met Luhan. I must of jinxed myself when I said I wanted to meet Luhan and somehow Megan managed to get us VIP tickets to meet Exo!

I wonder if I'll ever meet Luhan again -

"Lucy..?" A voice said from behind me.

I guess I spoke too soon.

"Luhan.." I quickly stood up from the swings.

"I thought it was you!" He said with a bright smile, oh my gosh, his smile is amazing but actually seeing him smile in person is going to make me faint!

We stood in front of each other for like two minutes, awkward...

I actually had the urge to kiss him right now, but he'd probably kill me and definitely think of me as a crazy fangirl. 

"So, seeing you twice in one day.." He said as he adjusted his hat, he was wearing sunglasses and a hat, I guess he was hiding from crazy fangirls, like me and paparazzi.

"Yeah.. kinda weird.." I replied as I stared at my feet, it was getting really awkward right now, so I thought of something to say, "My friend got us some VIP tickets to your concert this weekend.." I looked into his eyes, he's so dreamy.

"Really? That's good!" He said with a bright smile, he seemed so happy.

"I'm excited." I replied with a smile.

"Who's your favourite member?" He asked,

You, obviously.

I thought, but if I say him he'd probably think I'm a stalker.. "Would it be weird if I say your my favourite?" I looked away.

He laughed, "Of course not! That's actually good!"

I looked back at him, "Really?"

"Yes! In fact, if you were in a girl band, you'd be my favourite."

Did he really just say that?

I must be dreaming!

"So, your korean, huh." Luhan said as he walked over to a swing and sat down,

"Yeah, I came here when I was fourteen, so four years ago." I replied as I sat on the swing next to him.

"So your 18?" He asked, "I'm still 17, I'm turning 18 in February next month."

Too bad for me, your 23 and I'm 17, to bad it's against the law we can't date..

I shook those thoughts from my head, why am I even thinking about Luhan and I dating? That's probably never going to happen, he's famous and I'm just a normal-, well okay, crazy fangirl. "Well happy birthday for next month!" He said,

"That's ages away t-" I got cut off by my phone ringing,

Luhan started to laugh, probably at my ringtone because it's his song..

I answered the phone, "Hello?" I said,

"Yah! Where are you?" Jongshin said from the line, I rolled my eyes.

"I'm at the park with... I'm just at the park, okay! Why are you even calling?" I whisper shouted, hoping Luhan wouldn't get creeped out.

"Just making sure your not at any boys houses!" He yelled, I swear he could've made me deaf.

"Well I'm not! So, bye!" I said as I hung up, I turned to face Luhan, "Sorry, it was my brother." I said with a nervous laugh.

"It's okay, I have to go now. I'll see you at the concert, bye Lucy." He said with a wave and walked off.

"I'm home!" I yelled as I walked into my house,

"About time." Jongshin said from the kitchen,

"I said I'll be home by six, it's only 5:45, idiot." I ran my hand through my face,

"Just go clean you room." He commanded, I pretended that I couldn't hear what he just said,

"Where's mum?" I asked as I looked around the house.

"She's out with friends and I heard your going to see Exo on Saturday."

"Megan told you?" I asked and he nodded his head.

"Have fun though." He said with a smile and walked into his room, wow. This was like my first proper conversation with my brother..

I walked upstairs to see Bonnie, "Unnie! Your home, come play with my dolls with me please?" She begged making a puppy face, how can I ever resist her puppy face?

"Okay." I said with a big, bright smile.
