Here's my 5 month update...oops?
(Kirstie POV)
Me and Mitch walked down the halls to Mr. Taben's room.
"So girl, what brings you to Fresh Water High?" Mitch asked. " Well my dad always has to move for work but he found a permanent job here" I replied. "Cool" He said as he brought me into the classroom. When we got in we sat at desks next to each other and placed our things down on our desks. Since people were still not in the classroom we started talking about things we liked to get to know each other when 4 people from the popular group walked in.
"What's their names," I asked Mitch, " The tall blond is Scott, The guy with the beard is Avi, The brunette girl is Brie and the blond is Stephanie" Mitch replied as they took there seats.
I shot a glance at Avi and he smiled at me. He's kinda cute.
" Ok everyone eyes up here," Mr. Taben said, " Welcome to your math class I hope you had great summer it's great to see you all back. We have a new student here Ms. Malanado please come introduce your self."
"It's Maldonado," I peeped.
Shoot.
I hate going in front of the class.
I stood up slowly shaking a little and walked to the front of the class.
"Hi," I said quietly "My name is Kirstie Maldonado,"
"Very good!" Mr. Taben said, "You can take a seat now,"
I started walking back toward my seat when I saw Brie and Stephanie snickering at me, I just ignored them and walked back to my seat.
This is going to be a long year.
