Hughie Hogg was admiring the country side as the white Volkswagen hugged the curves of the road. His driver Elmo swiftly drove down the empty highway that was almost to Hazzard Georgia. The two men rode in silence as they approached a folk in the road where they were surprised by a fast moving white Corvette. The Volkswagen veered into the ditch filled with tall thick grass, as the Corvette came to a hard stop.

Quickly Hughie and Elmo jumped out examine the submerged Volkswagen. Angry Hughie hurried to confront the Corvette driver. He was met by a slender dark haired beauty that was visibly shaken. Oh I am so sorry are you okay? The lady's long slender fingers covered her mouth as Hughie came closer.

He was taking by the beauty as his angry was fading away. She extended a slender hand toward him Summer Jackson. He met her hand with a strong handshake Hughie Hogg.

Her soft voice was apologetic as she explained how she planned to pay for any damages she had caused. Before he could react to decline the offer Elmo shouted for him. Nephew Boss everything looks alright. Elmo bent down looking at the wheel that was sunk in a deep hole of mud.

Summer smiled graciously at the man dressed in bright white from head to toe. Hughie waved a hand don't worry Miss. Jackson the tow truck will come making everything right as rain. His dark eyes searched her face as he was curious to know all about her.

I insist to pay the tow truck and maybe invite you to dinner as my way to apologize. Hughie accepted the invitation even though he questioned her true intentions.

Summer glanced down at the solid gold watch encrusted with diamonds that hung loosely on her wrist. Mister Hogg I have a meeting in town, if you could have the tow truck bill sent to Hazzard Inn everything will be taken care of.

Hughie wasn't about to allow Summer to slip away so quickly. I was on my way to Hazzard also. He suggested perhaps he could ride into town with her. She felt this would give her a chance to get to know this handsome stranger. Elmo was instructed to wait and pay for the tow truck as Hughie was gone with Summer.

Hughie sat in the white Corvette admiring its black leather seats and state of the art stereo with a bright blue screen scrolling the name of the song playing. I am going to the courthouse in town. Where do you need to go? Her question caused a smile across his face. Honey, that's exactly where I was headed,

Summer was pleased that Hughie would be near her. He continued his explanation. I was going to see my uncle. Her hazel eyes gave a side glance in his direction as she drove. Is your uncle JD Hogg? She asked as she secretly admired him. He looked away so not to give away his romantic interest that bubbled within. Yes, that is my uncle. When we get there I can introduce you. His voice was excited as he appreciated the good luck he was having.

The white Corvette slowly parked, as Hughie rushed around to open summer's car door. The two walked into the courthouse as Hughie carried the overfilled brown swayed workbag as his way to impress Summer.
