The next day was Monday and i went to school. I saw Avery standing at her locker alone.
"Hey Avery." I said as i approached her.
"Hey jess, how are you doing?"
"Im fine, why are you by yourself?" I asked, confused.
"Well, my friends turned against me, everyone in school pretty much hates me, so i really have no one to hang out with anymore."
I know what she did to me, but seeing her like this made me feel bad. Instead of just saying ok and continuing my day i invited her to hang out with me.
"Well you are welcome to hang out with me anytime."
"Thanks jess, I'm sorry again for what i did, you were my only true friend and i turned against you."
"Its fine, lets head to class!" I replied to her.
We started to walk to class together, everyone was staring and a few people stopped us and asked why we were hanging out.
"Forgive and forget!" I told people.
Avery smiled! We were friends, we had been the worst of enemies to each other but we put all that behind us.
