 Chapter 2 - Uncontrollable Jealousy

Kayla’s POV

The sun was shining for once and the beautiful water was glistening. I sat next to Harry and the silence was actually very relaxing. It would be the most perfect time of my life if I wasn’t completely sulky over Louis’ attitude. He still hadn’t apologised to me and I was letting it get to me. I had the most gorgeous boy sitting next to me and all I could think of was ripping off Louis’ head. He was so arrogant, running around like he owned the place. Okay I seriously need to calm down, I thought.

I turned to look at Harry only to see him staring at me. Our eyes locked. How awkward is this, I thought.

I immediately gave him one of my ‘miss attitude’ looks and he turned away. I thought I heard him mumble something.

“I’m going for a swim, wanna come with?” I asked whilst getting up. He immediately looked at me.

“Nah, I wanna stay dry today” he said.

“Okay… I’ll just have the entire ocean to myself” I teased.

I turned and walked down to the water. Unfortunately my gaze turned to all the screaming that was going on. Louis and Niall seemed to be tackling one another. Wish I was Niall so I could pin Louis to the ground! Wow I seriously need to calm down. Thankfully I could feel the cool water twirling around my ankles.

“Time for a swim” I sighed.

Harry’s POV

I could see the sun slowly becoming hidden by a big puffy cloud. My gaze fell down on a figure approaching me.

“Hey, I’m back!” Kayla said.

“H-h-hey” I managed to say.

Why am I stuttering? It’s just Kayla, I thought.

Kayla was standing right in front of me; my eyes refused to look at anything else. I noticed she was all wet.

“You’re all wet” I blurted out.

She looked confused and said slowly “You know you have to go in water to swim?” she asked me in a sarcastic tone.

“Oh, yeah… of coarse” I replied casually. Why am I being such a douchebag?

Kayla sat on the rock beside me which she had previously taken. I observed her carefully. She was completely wet yet she looked utterly gorgeous. She had placed all her hair to one side and her curls were flying effortlessly in the breeze. My gaze went down to her body. I wonder what cup size Kayla is? Wait what did I just think? C maybe… I mentally slapped myself. My expression must have looked quite demented because I could hear Kayla asking me if I was alright.

“Harry, are you alright?” Kayla repeated.

“Yes… I’m fine” I reassured her.

Her expression looked concerned yet slightly bashful. I wonder if she was checking me out? That thought made me smile. Then Kayla smiled back.

Louis’ POV

I had beaten Niall at Volleyball! Ha! That meant I won the bet and Niall had to cook dinner tonight. He’ll probably try to order food but I’ll stop him.

“I’m going for a swim” Niall said.

“Okay but make it quick cause you’ve got a lot of cooking to do my friend!” I said in a teasing voice.
