A Naba Story

chapter 1 Luna and heart of malice

For the past two weeks the Naba refugees worked tirelessly building their settlement the Naba botanist named Jack worked endlessly analyzing the local flora you could see it in his eyes that he was devoted to helping his fellow Naba but as Jack and the others worked Luna sat underneath the frost blue moonlight praying for her people's salvation Luna clutched her sapphire pendent in her hands and called out to the moon goddess Alice who appeared in front of her Luna was shocked the very mother of her people stood before her and said "dear princess of the Naba please hear my plea take the last of my power and use it to deffend my children goodbye my child" and with that Alice disappeared in a special of light leaving behind nothing but a white lily Luna shed a single tear and returned to her people not letting them know what happened to the goddess

By mourning the settlement was complete and now all that needed to be done was to find a stable source of food Jack who was exhausted presented his findings to the other Naba he had discovered a unique type of fruit that resembled a apple but it was colored purple and had florescent pink leaves the Naba tried the bizarre fruit and found that it was quite tasty they then named the fruit mermaid tears and soon they set up an orchard where they could harvest the fruit in peace weeks passed and the small settlement grew more and more until it was a small city and who was governing it why young queen Luna of course under her guidance the city was prosperous Luna even got married to a young man named Frost the two weir a match made in heaven and soon Luna found out that she was pregnant

When the people heard this they cheered for joy they all were eagerly awaiting the birth of next heir knowing this brought joy to Luna's face she so wanted her people to be happy but the idea of knowing that someone else would be continuing this Era of happiness made Luna smile even more and soon the birth of the child came it was a girl her name was Milana once she was announced to the people the whole city cheered because they knew that the era of peace would be continued but little did they know that a heart of evil resided in the child's heart

Sixteen years passed and Milana was beginning to show her true colors the sweet baby girl grew into a vain self-centered brat who cared for no one but herself she even began practicing black moon magic but she was still unaware of what her parents weir planning Frost and Luna planned a cue against Milana they weir going to attempt to seal her away in crystal they planned to do it on the night before her correnation the two Naba gathered at her bed chamber and prepared the spell Milana quickly awoke but was to late to stop the spell once it was complete young Milana was sealed inside a crystal to stay for all time

Frost and Luna weir both sickened by there act but they knew that something had to be done or else the city would fall into darkness the two Naba then consoled each other and wanted to try again witch they did and soon another child was born his name was Lance and unlike his sister he grew up with a heart of gold he would help those who had nothing and used his magic to heal the wounded soon he became the proud ruler of the city meanwhile Luna and Frost became priests and watched over the kingdom from afar meanwhile a strange blizzard descended on the kingdom carrying a strange yet bizarre chill that froze the orchards and killed most of the mermaid tears

soon the kingdom ran out of food the people turned to there king for answer but young Lance was flabbergasted he didn't know what to say to his people but suddenly a strange women appeared before the king offering a solution in the form of a song the women went to each orchard and sang a soothing song that revived the trees and removed the frost soon the orchards became plentiful again and soon Lance became infatuated with her she was mysterious and charming and she honestly cared about the people she even opened a orphanage to help lost children in need

Lance soon became obsessed with her and went to her orphanage the next day he then tried to propose to her but she declined she respected him but she didn't feel the same Lance being calm at the time respected her decision and returned to castle but before he left she humored him with her name witch was Anna soon her sweet voice was echoing through Lance's mind causing him to go insane because he wanted to be apart of her world so badly

so to remedy this Lance turned to the magical arts to find the answer he eventually found a tome labeled  The Luna Tome Of Rebirth he saw that the tome was sealed with powerful magic that far surpassed his own but his love for Anna knew no limit so with all his might Lance tried to overpower the seal it took him two whole tries but with determination he succeeded and managed to learn at least one spell that spell was rebirth of desire so one night when the blue moon was full Lance disappeared leaving the kingdom in ruins soon everything fell into chaos without the king crime ran wild and Luna and Frost weir no ware to be found soon all order and peace became a memory and the only thing that matters is power but even in this darkness light still managed to shine because there was a group of people called the Sonata soldiers who worked to maintain order but they also helped the weak and the poor by providing food and water for them their leader was a women code name Angel Kiss no one ever saw her face because she always wore a mask and a white gowned but this one women managed whole units that stretched from the farmlands to the city

but something was lurking over the city getting stronger with every day
