Bestfriends Since Forever

Ivory had just arrived at her high school and the first person she sees is her best friend Jade. Ivory thinks to herself "Wow, seeing Jade again after a long summer of her visiting her grand mother in England takes me way back, I remember the first day we met too, like it was only yesterday." Ivory thinks back to the day her and Jade had met. It was a summer day and they were both in 4th grade. Ivory sitting under the slide and Jade spotted her and ran to her.

Jade: Hello, I'm Jade and what's your name?

Ivory: My name's Ivory, I like your name. 

Jade: Thank you, I like yours as well. Would you like to hang out?

Ivory: Sure..but um I'm not really the most liked girl in the grade, people think I'm..you know, weird..

Jade: Why would anyone think you are weird? I think you are awesome!

Ivory: I honestly don't know, everyone just started talking bad about me ever since I kissed this girl a few months ago, even she thought I was weird. I don't know why I did it but it didn't feel wrong but to everyone else it was.

Jade: Well whatever that was there is no need to be ashamed I have kissed a girl as well too and I felt the same way but you are the only one that knows about that, for some reason my parents flipped out when i told them and sent me to a Christian camp to be '"fixed" there they taught me about the terms lesbian, gay, bisexual and many more terms in a community called Lgbt+ and I figured out so much but I was taught that was wrong and a sin.

Ivory: So was I, but it is cool we have a lot in common, isn't it?

Jade: Very!

So for the next 2 years of elementary school they met up in that same exact spot and became closer and closer with each day and since then they have been best friends ever since.
