It had stopped raining when I looked out the window. Yoongi said that he was gonna head back home to rest up. I didn't think it was the greatest idea, knowing that a violent drunk woman was there. But not wanting him to think I wanted him to stay, I let him leave. It was about now. After he had left, I brushed off everything, and went back to my movie Marathon.
I was just starting to put in a Bruce Lee film, when there was another knock on my door. I walked over and opened it. Only to find Yoongi once again. I moved to let him in.
"Well, I wasn't expecting you to come back. What happened?" I asked him noticing there was a bag in his hands, "Plus, what's that?" He looked down at the bag and shrugged.
"Mom was still on her shit. As soon as I walked through the door she was throwing a fit. 'Where were you! You can't just leave! I gave birth to you God dammit!' So I was like screw this. Went up stairs to my room, got some clothes and a bag, and left." He said while taking off his shoes and socks.
"Clothes? What are ya doing, running away?" I asked confused. If he was running away, why was he at my place? He walked over to the kitchen and sat the bag of clothes on the mini bar. Then he sat on one of the stools.
"Not really running away, I just need a brake. Until about Monday or Tuesday at least." Yoongi said resting his hands in his lap. Was this pabo telling me that he was gonna be here? All weekend?
"So, that's why I came back. I know it's weird and we kinda hate each other, but I mean come on. You don't hang out with anybody. What's having a little company gonna hurt?" He said shrugging. He was right. I don't hang out with anyone. But I had never really had company over, I thought it was weird anyway. I wasn't used to sharing the same space in the same house with another person. Let alone know that that certain person was Min Yoongi. I stood there still processing that he was gonna be spending some time here. But I eventually let it go.
"Well, your lucky that I have a spare bedroom." Starting to walked up the stairs. Yoongi followed behind me as I walked down a thin hallway to a door. I opened it and stepped in, being followed by Yoongi.
"You can sleep in here. My room is just across the hall, and down there a little further is the bathroom. Make yourself comfortable." I said walking out of the room. As I walked downstairs and sat on the couch, I heard the shower start running, and I had found the opportunity to finally start my movie again. When Yoongi was done in the shower, he joined me in my movie Marathon. When it was about 4, we had both decided to call it a night. As I was about to walk into my room, I felt something pull on my wrist. I looked back to see Yoongi in black sweat pants and a black tank top. He looked at me, then he slightly smiled.
"Thanks. You know. For everything." I looked at him smiling then slightly nodding. We said our good nights and closed our doors. As I crawled myself into bed, I couldn't help but be a little happy. Maybe this wasn't gonna be so bad as I thought it was. I closed my eyes and started to drift off to sleep. Maybe not being alone, was better than what I imagined it would be.
