*Sasuke's POV*

"I'm going after (y/n)!"

"Sasuke wait! You could die!"

"I don't care Sakura! I'm going and that's final!"

I dashed off to find (y/n). Thinking of where she/he could be. I remember her and Kakashi both telling me that she/he was on a mission to spy on the Akatsuki in the hidden rain village. Unfortunately the hidden rain is pretty far away. That doesn't matter to me though. All that matters to me is finding (y/n) and making sure she/he is safe and with me. Just then out of the blue I remembered that Kakashi had some kind of evil plan, was all this just a part of his plan? If so, what should I do? Oh well, there is no time to turn back now. The love of my life could be in danger and it's up to me to save her/him.

*(Y/n)s POV*

I layed there in the rain, letting the cold, water droplets fall onto me. I layed there to sore and hurt to move. I hoped that someone would come find me, I don't care who, just as long as they take me back to Konaha where I belong.

"This world is cruel, just like the people dwell upon it." I spoke calmly to myself when I was actually burning on the inside. I let the cool rain calm me down as I layed there. Then I heard I familiar voice call for me in the distance.

"(Y/n)!!"

I was relieved to finally hear a voice that sounded familiar to me. Knowing exactly who it was I bolted right up, so I was no longer laying on the cold, hard, soaking wet ground. A few seconds later Sasuke came into view, relieved and happy to finally see him again I ran over to him and gave him a big, tight bear hug. Sasuke picked me up and spun me around in a circle before gently setting me back down on the ground.

"Thank goodness you're alright (y/n). I mean despite a few cutes and bruises you're alright right?"

"Yeah, just a little beat up is all, but I'm fine."

"Do you think Kakashi planned this from the start?"

"What do you mean Sasuke?"

"He knew you'd accept the mission, he knew you'd get hurt, and he knew I'd come looking for you. (Y/n), he planned this from the start."

"How do you know for sure?"

"We'll ask him when we get back to Konaha, come on let's go."

I gladly accepted the offer and headed back to Konaha with Sasuke. I liked the fact that we were walking together alone in the rain, it was nice and peaceful. It was like a dream come true. Sasuke is my knight in shining armor. Of course I'd never tell him that personally, but deep, deep, deep down inside I knew he knew.
