Chapter 1

Finn's POV

I woke with a start. My phone was vibrating like crazy, signaling I needed to get my butt out of bed. So I turned off the alarm and hopped to it. I took a quick shower and pulled on jeans and a light blue t-shirt. Giving my golden hair a quick brush, I shoved my bear hat on, leaving my bangs exposed and stuffed my phone into my pocket. I slid down the banister to find my brother Jake cooking some bacon pancakes. I slipped up behind him. "Sup Jake?" I asked, scaring the crap out of him. "Finn! What the Glob!" He shrieked I roared with laughter. Somehow I managed to make it to a seat at the table. Jake slammed a plate of bacon pancakes on the table. My laughter subsided enough to let me breath. My brothers red-blonde hair was all messy now and he looked angrily. "Finn, you need to act your age!" Jake informed me. I scowled, he had ruined my good mood. "Whateves man." I mumbled through a mouthful of pancakes. They were delicious. The sweetness if the syrup and the salty ness of the bacon really contrasted well. I scarfed down my plate and grabbed my coat and bag. "Bye Jake."I called and exited the house. I walked the two blocks it took me to reach my high school. I had a bad feeling about today.

Marcy's POV

I walk through the halls like the badass I am, tripping losers as I go. Then suddenly this kid comes out of nowhere. He has a really big frame and is wearing a bear hat, though I can see his bangs, they are golden. I immediately like him. He looks me over and keeps walking. What the FUCK? How dare he?! I run after him, finding my way through the halls almost like I'm flying. I see him, run faster place a hand on his shoulder and flip over him. He didn't even look over his shoulder, which kind of ruins my trick. "What the hell do you want?" He asks gruffly. "Your name." I demand. He ponders for a moment. "Finn. Happy now bitch?" He asks rhetorically. Then Finn shoves past me. I was so going to get him.
