Jessica P.O.V

"Joey move out the way." I tried pushing pass him to get out of my office.

"No because you didn't tell me what happened yet."

"What am I suppose to be telling you?"

"Brandon?"

"Nothing happened between Brandon and I."

"Lie again." He raised his hand.

"I'm telling the truth."

"Jessy you can't lie to me. Do yall out?" He raised his eyebrow. I scrunched up my face and tilted my head to the side. "Well?"

I shook my head and tried to walk out the office. "Bitch y'all do!"

"Yes, Joey we do."

"Oh my goodness! When did this happen?"

"Like a week. Being around him all day everyday just brought out some feelings. The twins like him, well Heaven do. He's a big help, respectful, caring, and very affectionate."

"How long was you planning on keeping this from me?"

"I wasn't keeping it from you, I didn't think it was important to tell you."

"Why is that?" He folded his arms across his chest.

"You have a big mouth. Yo' ass can't hold water. You always telling somebody business."

"The only person I talk to beside you is Daniel."

"And the name you said was Daniel. That man know the whole neighborhood."

"You got a point but you should've told me."

"Well you know now."

"Yeah, whatever. I'm coming over to see the twins too." He opened the door.

"They don't like you."

"So what I'm still coming."

"Okay."

"Nevaeh, stop pulling her hair." I took Nevaeh hand from out of Heaven's hair. "Where do you get that from?"

"Jessy, are you coming to my dance show Friday?" Janey asked walking downstairs.

"Yeah, I have to drop the twins off to Taylor and I'm there."

"Nevaeh." She picked her up and kissed her face. "Hey auntie baby." Nevaeh started laughing and making spit bubbles.

Somebody knocked on the door and I looked at Janey. "Why you looking at me?"

"Go get the door."

"You sitting right there." She stood upland walked towards the door mumbling something. "Who is it?"

Instead of waiting for them to respond she just opened the door. Brandon walked in.
