Sabrina's P.O.V
Today is the day. I'm going to audition to be on girl meets world. I've seen a few episodes of boy meets world. It's really good. Really funny. I really like the name Topanga. Such a beautiful name for something you want love. I walk downstairs and there was my mom making bacon. She only makes bacon on special occasions. I guess you can say today was a pretty special.
"Good morning mom." I say as I kiss her cheek. "Good morning hun." She replies. She puts bacon and 2 pancakes on a plate. She then hands me the plate. "Hey sis." Sarah, my sister, says walking into the kitchen. "Hey, are you coming with us to the audition?" I ask. "Yeah. It beats staying here by myself." She answers as she grabs a plate and sits down next to me.
I grab the monologue and start to read over it again. "So what part are you auditioning for?" She asked. "Riley." I reply. "Really? I see you more as Maya." Mom says sitting down. "Why is that?" I ask. "Well, I don't know. I just see Maya as a blonde an your eyes are kinda rebellious." Mom says. Sarah and I laugh.
After we are all done eating, I go back upstairs to grab my phone. I got a text. I unlock my phone and open the message.
Good luck on your audition. I had to get into work early so I couldn't say goodbye but you got this princess. I believe in you.
I smile at the text from my father. I run back downstairs and walk outside. I get in the car with my sister and mom. We were then on our way. I was on my way. Hopefully to start this amazing journey. Fingers crossed!!
