After the story (after blood of Olympus)

Chapter 5: Jason's POV

        We all watched Leo and calypso fight the hell hounds and when calypso got her some of  Apollo cabin medics ran over to her to help her. But they were too late, she had died. Leo had gone back to the Hephaestus cabin, and hadn't come out for the next 3 days. I finally went over there to check on him and bring him some food. "Leo?" I asked knocking on the door of the cabin. I heard shuffling there a bunch of locks unlocking from inside. "What" he said. Leo was a mess. His eyes were red and blotchy from crying and he was wearing the same clothes he had when he had come back to camp. "Leo you have to come out its been 3 days" I told him as an order. "Hmmmm let me think, NO" Leo said slamming the door, but I put my foot in the doorway just befor it closed completely. Leo gave me a death stare. "Well then it's a good thing I'm not taking no for an answer." I said grabbing Leo by the arm and dragging him to the mess hall.

        When Leo and I got there I took him to his table and immediately a plate full of food came and he gave some of his food to the gods and then went back to table and just sat there. After lunch we want to do activities. Piper, Leo, and I went to sword training and after I won Piper in a sword fight,which is not too easy to do, I went to Leo and handed him a sword and told him to fight me. He took the sword and was going to fight me and then looked at the sword and just collapsed on the floor. He looked like he was going to cry again so I told him that we can take him to Nico and he can lift Calypso's spirit and he could talk to her. We went to the Hades cabin and hazel answered the door. "Hey Hazel is Nico here?" I asked hazel. "Yeah he's back here, come on" hazel said leading us through the cabin. The room was so cold and the decorations were horrible. The entire room was black and there were skeletons hanging on the wall and in some of the corners there were piles of jewels. We finally got to the room where Nico was and we saw him playing mythomagic with Frank.

        "Hey Nico" I said. "Hi so what are you doing here?" Nico asked obviously upset he had to stop playing. "Oh well you know how Leo has been super upset that Calypso died for the past 3 days, well we were wondering if you could lift her spirit so he could talk to her" I asked expecting Nico to say no. "Yeah sure why not" he said and with a flick of his hand she was here, well in spirit form. "Leo, I've missed you so much" calypso said drifting toward leonto give him a hug but she passed right through him instead. "We should give you some privacy" Hazel said ushering us out of the room. About 30 min later Leo came out and we saw calypso waving goodbye and drifiting back down to the underworld. Leo came out smiling, I don't know what they were talking about but I'm glad to see Leo smile again. Leo and I left and on the way back to sword practice I asked Leo if he was ok. "Yeah I'm ok" Leo said.
