Chapter 2: Hard Work

Your alarm rings and you wake up to get ready for your first day as a trainee. You get down from the top bunk and look in Minjee's bunk but she was not there. You get out of the room and walked to the bathroom. While walking to the bathroom you spot Minjee in the kitchen cooking. She turns as she hears your foot steps.

Minjee: Oh, morning, Y/N.

Y/N: Morning.

Minjee: I'm cooking breakfast for everyone, you go ahead and get dressed.

Y/N: -you nods- Okay, thanks.

You went and got ready for the day's busy schedule filled with dancing lessons, vocal lessons, language classes, tutoring, and finally free time. Being a trainee is no where near easy at all. It can be stressful. But luckily for you, your pretty good at dancing, singing, and rapping. [your first day outfit below.]

After finishing you walk back to the kitchen and see one of the unni that you have met the night before, Hyung-Jung. Hyung-Jung was the oldest trainee there, currently 19, turning 20 soon. She's been training for about 6 years. Recently she has been debating to leave soon or stay as a trainee. Who knows what she'll do.

Y/N: -you bow slightly- Good morning unni.

Hyung-Jung: Morning Y/N, get ready for your first day.

She leaves with an apple in her hand. Minjee comes into her spot and hands you a plate filled with food.

Minjee: Here you go, eat as much as you can, you'll need the energy. -she laughed softly-

You took the plate, thanked her and began eating. A girl comes in that you haven't met yesterday. She took a glimpse at you and looked very displeased. She grabbed an apple and a bottle of water and left. You looked towards Minjee confused.

Minjee: That's Soo-Min she's 17 also. Don't worry she isn't really that mean she's just really upset that you came because that means there is more competition.

Y/N: -you nod- I guess people here take debuting very serious?

Minjee: -she finishes her food- Very much.

You two put up the dishes and cleaned up. All the female trainees left the dormitory to begin their busy long day. Since you were not fully fluent in Korean you were sent to a language class first. After three long hours, you finally finished you had another four hours studying. Tutoring was for the school education, consider it like home schooling because you didn't attend school there in South Korea. Once all learning and studying was completed it was time for a lunch break. You met up with Minjee and had lunch. After finishing lunch quickly you left Minjee and decided to walk around. You walked around hallway looking into empty rooms. You walked passed a room that did not seem to be empty and peered into the window. There was guys dancing to a song you knew very well, which was Monsta X's recent song "All In". You looked at each of the guys carefully and realized it was Monsta X themselves. From Minhyuk to Kihyun, Shownu to Hyungwon, I.M to Wonho, and Jooheon working very hard and was super sweaty. While being dazzled by their hard efforts, Jooheon had a weird feeling that they were being watched. He took a glimpse a the door window and spotted you. You suddenly realized that you were spotted and quickly went down. Jooheon suddenly stopped and walked towards the door. But realizing the time, you ran to your dance practice.
