It had been about 2 weeks since that first hot date they had and Mia was at work periodically checking her phone in case Dustin had texted or something. She didn't always know when she would hear from him and she didn't want to miss out. She understood and adjusted to his crazy schedule, she too sometimes had one since she worked retail.

She was in the middle of doing something when a customer came up to her and seemed to have a question. He appeared to have a legit question for her so she was ready to answer, but then he asked the dreaded question, "are you married.....or have a boyfriend?" oh brother here we go again, she thought as she seemed to always get the weird guys hitting on her. Normally she would be honest and say no and then have to try to get out of it, but this time she liked that she got to say truthfully she did have someone special. Yet before she could speak, out of nowhere she heard a familiar sexy voice, "Yes she does, sorry dude but she's all mine."

"Dustin!" she excitedly said as he was wrapping his arm around her waist. For a second the customer didn't know what to say but then he just said "oh...well, you're a lucky guy" Dustin smiled and said "I know." Mia chimed in while looking up at him and grinning "actually I'm the lucky one." Thankfully after that the dude walked away, "what are you doing here?!" she asked Dustin as she gave him a big teddy bear hug, "I wanted to surprise you" he spoke in her ear. "That you did!" she replied, "and excellent timing I might add" Mia continued, "Does that happen often?" he enquired, "sorta...I seem to always attract the old creepy dudes, sometimes they are old enough to be my grandpa" she answered as she shivered at that thought. "Not true, you attracted me" he stated which made her blush, "and I am very thankful for that" she spoke as she leaned in to place a quick peck on his lips. She wanted to just melt into those lips but she was at work so she figured she probably shouldn't.

"You get off soon right?" he asked, "yup sure do, why what did you have in mind?" she asked anxiously awaiting to hear what he wanted to do. "Well you know I love water, I was thinking of hitting up the beach, sound good?" he questioned, "funny I was gonna go down there today anyways, they are having the boardwalk art show, it will be a lot of people down there, are you sure?" Mia asked, "Heck yeah, that sounds awesome!" he responded.

Once Mia was off work and went home really fast to get beach ready, Dustin picked her up. After what seemed like forever they finally found a parking spot at the oceanfront and began to walk the boardwalk checking out all the beautiful artwork. They walked hand in hand, she was in shorts and her baithing suite top and he in his swim trunks, the way he looked without his shirt still made her heart race. She noticed other girls checking him out too, but his eyes were fixed on her which made her feel special.

All the art was really cool, some were different and interesting, but Mia's favorite was any beach art, especially the local artist that had shots of her beach. They also came across some jewelry, and there was a pair of mermaid earrings that she loved and wanted but she wasn't about to buy them at that price. Which is when Dustin began to buy them for her, "you don't have to do that" she told him as he pulled his wallet out, "I know, but I want to" he stated as he proceeded to hand over his card to the lady at the booth. "They will look cute on you" he said as he handed them over, smiled and leaned in to kiss her on the cheek.

"So much greasy and deep fried food to pick from down here, what should we get?" Dustin asked a few moments later. Mia started looking at all the food venders set up until she saw what she was looking for, "I want to try that!" she spoke as she pointed to a sweet treat on the menu. "I like the way you think" he said as they ordered it to share, "deep fried cookie dough, super sweet, but delicious" he said after taking the last bite.

Once they finished walking through the whole art show, they began to head back to his car. They came up on one of the rinse off stations, "hold up I need to cool off for a second" he said as he went over to hit the button that turned on the water. She watched the water streaming down on his very tan, and muscular chest and smiled, there's just something about a hot guy and water she thought to herself as he finished and walked back over to her. "What?" he asked noticing the look on her face, "Oh just enjoying the view" she answered giving him a wink.

The instant they got to the car Mia was thinking that he would probably have to leave soon though she wasn't trying to think about saying goodbye just yet. What she didn't know was that he had a little surprise to tell her when they got back to her place.
