It has been a few months since the James incident and my family is safe. I turned eleven today, I haven't heard from my friends and that makes me sad thinking they forgot about my Birthday. My family treated me like a princess this morning with pancakes and a lot of presents. But they left Grandpa has work, Mum, Grandma & Aunt Alice went shopping, whilst Dad and Uncle Jasper went hunting and Uncle Edward was seeing Bella. I'm seating on my bed feeling sorry for myself writing in the dairy my Uncle Edward gave me whilst listening to loud music. When there was a soft knock at the door "come in" I said turning down the music. Dad entered and came and seat next to me on the bed "what's up Papa?" I said and yes I still call him 'Papa'.
"Eva, I know your upset about your friends ignoring you" he said quietly giving me a side hug. "So your Mum and I decided to take you out to dinner, can you please change into the outfit your Aunt Alice got you?" Dad asked, I nodded and got up to change as he left. I had a quick shower and changed into the new jeans and coral top my Aunt gave me. I picked me out a new white leather jacket my Grandma gave me, as it was a little cold outside. Then I walked downstairs and meet my parents, there was no one else home. We locked the door and got into Dads car and went to the local diner.
"Are you sure their open Papa?" I asked seeing the lights off, but my parents ignored me and walked inside. I followed and shut the door behind us.
"Surprise!" there was a chorus of shuts and suddenly they were singing Happy Birthday. I turned and saw everyone I cared about there looking at me. My family, the Swan's, Clearwater's, my two best friends and their parents. Jesse and Olivia gave me big hug afterwards each giving me a present. Jesse gave me the new Jurassic World movie, which I hid from Mum. She thinks I'm to young to watch M rated movies or higher, little does she know Dad, Uncle and I watch them all the time when she's not around. Olivia gave me a CD with music from the latest 'Alvin and the Chipmunk' movie 'The Road-Chip'. I thanked everyone and we each had some cake (chocolate mud cake for kids and red velvet for the adults). I'm glad I didn't ruin my jacket, because Aunt Alice took it from me and put it on the hook near the door.
Afterwards Grandpa Carlisle came over to be with a round box with a leopard bright on it. "This is from our cousins in Alaska" He said giving it to me. I heard a meow came from inside the box, I lifted the lid and tabby kitten with a red ribbon around its neck popped its head out. "What are you going to name him?" Grandpa asked taking the box as I held the now purring kitten.
I looked around the diner at all my loved ones and said "Denali, his name is Denali" smiling . I named him after the coven in Alaska, who gave him to me. It also means 'Great One' and is the name of the tallest peak in North America. The rest of the night I danced with my friends to songs like the Nut Bush and played party games like bobbing for apples (which I won).
That was the best birthday ever and nothing could spoil my mood. Or so I thought.

Picture above of Kitten just think of it with a red ribbon around its neck. I'll be editing the first book a little as I noticed some spelling errors in it.
