A minecraft adventure

Chapter 1

NO P.O.V
Steve and and Joe woke up in a grassy plain.
They both stood up and looked around.
Joe started to grin. Steve started to chuckle.
They bumped their fist's and started to dance, but Steve stopped and gazed at a figure... A big figure. Joe continued to dance. "RUN" Steve yelled. "What?" asked Joe. "Ohh" Joe said.
They ran away. Joe turned around and ran into a tree. "Wait, what are we running away from" Joe asked. Joe turned around and the figure was a tall black creature with purple eyes (Enderman) started to enclose Joe's space. Before
it touched joe a arrow flew past its head. Another one flew past and was in line but it teleported away. It was gone.
Steve looked towards were the arrows came from. It was hard to make out who or what it was because all he could see was a Silhouette.
It jumped down to the floor from a mountain.
"Who are you" Steve asked. The figure took of its hood. It was a boy about 17 or 18 years old, he had red spiky hair and green eyes. He wore a black and blue hood. His choice of weapon was a bow. That explains the arrows. "My name is Karl. I'm a bounty hunter or a vigilante" he said. "Im Steve the survivor and this is my brother Joe the hippie and the dumb one".
"Who you calling dumb shorty?" said Joe.
"Shut up" exclaimed Steve.
"I'll take you to my leader" said Karl.

"This is my base. It's called Zen-berg" said Karl.
"Its just a tree" Joe said with confusion.
Karl punched the tree. Steve and Joe heard pistons. The sound came from behind them.
It opened a underground staircase to a base.
"C'mon, i'll show you the way" said Karl.
They walked down the stairs. Once they reached the bottom it was amazing, there were waterfalls falling from the building there were very decorative buildings. The first thing Joe and Steve wanted to go to was the armoury.
They both lurched to the armoury. They looked around and saw countless weapons, supplies and ammunition. Joe vaulted over the counter to grab the stock but before he could lay a square finger on anything he was tackled to the ground.
Karl and Steve giggled with frustration.
Joe was put in a mini shop jail. "Ahh, i have to bail you out AGAIN" said Steve. "Thanks"
"I'll take you to my leader" said Karl.
"Hello...um i'm Steve and this is..." The leader interrupted. "I know who you are. I'm Roman you's are the chosen one" said Roman. Joe started to giggle a bit then laughed then he almost felll to the floor. "Shut up" said Steve. He then punched Joe. Roman then said (not real tale of Herobrine) "100 years ago a man named Brian Harold really liked mind control. He loved it but Everyone thought mind control didn't exist, but there were wrong. Once He mastered mind control of others he lost control of his, and he gained the name Herobrine. So you both need to beat him"
"What happened next" asked Steve. "Well, then..." Roman was cut of by screams. Steve and Joe ran out to see what it was. It was coming from a women. She was being attacked by a creeper. Steve grabbed an arrow and threw it at the creeper. It hit it clean in its head.
"Jemma, are you okay, Hi thanks for saving my wife. Im DanTDM and this is my wife Jemma" Dan said. A villager walked in. It made a noise.
"Oh, dont worry Trayuarus buddy. Your'e not interrupting" said Dan. "C'mon Steve, lets explore a little more" said Joe. "Steve and joe i'll give you a tour" said Karl.
Steve couldn't wrap his head around how the creeper got here. It was probably mind controlled by Herobrine.
Steve and Joe were taken to a place they were gonna stay in.

2 hours later Joe was fast asleep, but Steve was wide awake. He was thinking. Thinking about their parents. Their dead parents.
They were blown up by a creeper and Steve just realised they were blown up underwater. Creepers don't do damage underwater.
That means only one thing Herobrine killed Steve and Joe's parents.
Tears started to fall from Steve's eyes. Joe then heard him sobbing so he hugged him.
"It will be alright. He'll find him and bring justice to his victims" Joe whispered.
They both started to grin and laugh. "What are you laughing at?" Steve asked. "You, cry baby" said Joe.

The next day Steve and Joe tried to find a job to earn money so they could buy a full arsenal of weapons.

The only job's they could find so far was a tap dancer, a carrot farmer, a shoe polisher and a bartender.
It was hopeless. They wanted some action.
They finally found a job they wanted.
Night patrol.

It was Steve and Joe's first day on night patrol.
The first mob they saw was a spider. Steve swung his axe across the spiders head. It jumped over the swing and leaped onto Steve.
It's fangs were sharp and ready to bite, but before it bit Steve Joe threw his sword onto one of its leg and it fell of. It was crawling on the floor. Joe stomped on its head. "Gross. spider fluids" said Joe. "Thanks for saving me back there" said Steve. "I would've died".
"No prob bob" said Joe. Those are the only mobs they fought that night.

4 days later they were payed about $400 each.
They bought a basic iron pack.
It contained 2 iron swords, 1 enchanted iron axe, 2 iron boots and 2 iron helmets.
"How much for the basic iron pack?" asked Steve. "$230 but its half price" the store clerk replied.
"sweet $125" said Joe. "You idiot" Steve said under his breath. The store clerk then said "here you go son".

Later that day at night they decided to test their new gear. Steve and Joe were on their night patrol so they both put on their armour and grabbed a sword each and saved the axe for a real emergency.

They then saw a zombie outside the base. Joe stabbed it in its arm. It was bleeding like nether (hell), but Steve threw his sword at the zombies head and it gargles a little bit at the start but died anyway.They finally cleared the area of mobs except one zombie. Steve and Joe walked towards it and they raised their swords. It turned around but it was human, no not human.
It had white eyes. They then realised.
