Vampire's Desire

PROLOGUE

I'm running through the forest. I don't know why I'm running. Whom am I running from? I heard loud footsteps following me causing me to run faster. It's not just a footstep. Feels like it's a kind of a giant bear. Or a werewolf. Or maybe bigfoot. All I know, it's not a human.

I run more. It feels like I'm running forever. I'm scared and in the same time confused. And then it start to became dark. The more I run the more it became darker and darker. Until I can't see anything anymore. Then I tripped into something. I fell and winced in pain. I heard the footsteps became louder and nearer. And then I heard nothing. I want to cry but I can't. I wanna scream but I can't.

"Why did you run?" Someone asked from the dark. I look around but I can't see anything.

"W-who are you?" I asked, scared. I heard someone chuckle.

"Yah. Don't act like you didn't know me" He said and I felt footsteps towards me.

"D-don't come near!" I shout, stuttered.

"I'm just trying to help you" He said and I felt the cold wind hits my neck.

"P-Please...Don't hurt me" I softly said and a single teardrop escape my right eye.

"Don't worry you're safe" He said and he embrace me. He's cold. He's so cold. I can feel his heartbeat. But it beats twice faster than my heart beats. But it makes me feel safe.

"Who are you?" I suddenly asked again and he kiss my forehead.

"I'm-" He stops when we heard many footsteps. I hear growling.

"Run" He said and he let go.

"No!!" I scream when I heard some scratching and growling.

I can't do anything to save him. I just run. I run again. Now I'm running because I'm in danger. No one will save me this time. Just me, myself.

I run until I saw a light. I run as fast as I can towards the light. That's my one and only chance to survive. Once I reach the light I saw a house and quickly open the door but it won't open.

"Open the door!! Please!!" I shout while banging the door desperately. Then I heard loud footsteps in my back causing me to cry in fear while banging the door.

"Kyaaaa!!" I let out a loud scream when I felt someone scratching my feet. I fell down and they start to scratch my stomach, my arm and everything. I just cry silently. There's one person I need right now.

"Jungkook" I softly said before I past out.

"Kyaaah!" I shout while breathing heavily. Another dream. I roam the unfamiliar room. Where am I?

"Oh, you're awake" Someone open the door. I look at my side and saw Yi Xing, my best friend.

"W-why am I here?" I asked him. I hear him sigh.

"You don't remember anything right?" He said and I confusedly nod.

"Uhm...coffee?" He changed the subject and he quickly gives me the coffee.

"What happened?" I asked while stirring my coffee. He pause for a minute and then look at me.

"Uhm...I forgot I'm cooking something hehe I'm going back real quick" He said and before I speak he's already gone. I let out a sigh.

Is he hiding something? What happened yesterday? I really wanna know.

"Hehe I remember I don't know how to cook" He awkwardly laugh while his scratching his head once he enters the room. He sit behind me and I just stare at him.
