Chapter 5

I quickly rush over to my sister. I hug her tightly and hold onto her for so long. I hear the door open again.

"Mag. Where did you go? It was supposed to be a surprise." I hear klaus say walking in. Maggie looks like she's only like 4 or 5. I smile and finally let go of her. I smile when her black hair falls into her eyes, blocking the view from her sapphire blue eyes. She looks just like our mom, I took after my dad. After all I was the little daddy's girl so it fit me. I smile and pick her up.

"Where was she?" I ask Klaus. He smiles at me.

"She was with your dad" he says. I look at him funny.

"That can't be. I've already asked my dad if he had her, he kept telling me no that she was dead" I say. I put Maggie down.

"Hey mags, if you go through that door right there, there is a big yard you can play in." I say. She squeaks and runs out the door I pointed to. I quickly grab my phone and dial my dads number. After about 2 rings he finally picks up.

"Hello?" He asks.

"Why the hell didn't you tell me you had Maggie?" I ask him trying to calm myself. He sighs.

"She's not safe around you. You cause death and destruction. She was safer with me, until that stupid ass hybrid came and stole her." He says. I feel my anger rising.

"Not safe?! I was the one who kept her safe, I took care of her, you and mom disappeared and left me along with a 4 year old vampire. I'm the unsafe one? Yeah maybe you should check yourself, cause you know damn well if it wasn't for me, we'd all be dead. So fuck you" I growl and hang up. I put my phone gently on the table and finally look up. Everyone is staring at me with wide eyes. I just shrug and hear someone's feet padding across the ground. I turn around and see Mags standing there soaked and get water everywhere. I jut face palm and stare at her. The water lifts off her body and I move it out the door. I hear the door open and Damon walks thorough the door. He immediately looks over at Maggie confused.

"Who's this?" He asks. I smile.

"This is Maggie. My little sister." I say proudly. Maggie looks confused and walks over to Damon. She grabs onto his leg and he picks her up. I smile and grab my phone. I see my dad calling, I sigh and pick it up.

"Now you listen and you listen good. If anything happens to my baby girl I will find you and i will kill you. She gets hurt in any way, I'm blaming you." He says. My grip on the phone tightens. I breath in and out slowly. I look over and see Damon.

"Can you take her outside to play? Please?" I ask him, he smiles and nods. As soon as I know Maggie won't hear me I talk.

"You know what I'm tired of your shit. You may have pushed me around as a human but as a Hybrid" I say stressing the word hybrid. "I'm a hell of a lot stronger than you. You even come near me or Maggie and I will kill you. I'd watch who the fuck you threatening. This is that last time before I flip and kill you. Bye bye." I growl and hang up. I put my phone in my pocket and see Damon outside running around with Maggie. I smile and look up. It's too cloudy for Maggie, she loves the sun. I make the clouds go away and it's perfectly sunny. She looks like a little Damon out there, the hair, the eyes, she even smirks. I swear she's gonna be the death of me, but I love her. I smile thinking about her.

"Maggie!" I call and she looks over. I wave her over.

"Race ya!" she yells to Damon. She starts running vampire speed towards me and so does Damon. Maggie gets to me first and Damon comes right after, obviously letting her win. I smile and pick up Maggie.

"We gotta get you home and you need to pick what you want me to do for your room. It's not set up yet, I don't even have anything." I say giggling while walking in.
