That Night On Warped Tour (Cody Carson X Reader)

Today I was going to warped tour. Its my first time. I've always wanted to go and I finally have enough money to. I was going to spend the whole day there.

I put on a black 'Less Than Jake'
T-shirt and some ripped black jeans. I don't bother with make-up and as for my hair, I just brush it out.

I get into my car and drive to warped. It takes a couple hours to get there but, it's worth it.

I walk around aimlessly with exitment fills my eyes. Staring at everything. I can't believe im finally here.

"My meds are failing me. Internal clock in smithereens! Can't fix this. Im hopeless!" I hear. It sounds... great. I start heading to the stage of where its coming from.

I see two big posters with a dream catcher that seems to be in fire. Above it, it says 'Set It Off'. Im guessing thats the band.

"My eyes are stappled open wide! As I lay down on my side! I am bouncing off these walls!" The lead singer sings. I love it. I love this. My hips start to move along to the music and my arms shoot up in the air with my hands in fists.

I look up at the singer and he seems to look back. My face flushes with pink.

A few songs later the lead singer says "Thank you everybody and have a good night!" And with that they leave the stage. I feel disappointed. I wanted to hear more.

I leave also. Walking aimlessly around again. I buy some merch of this band 'Set It Off' and find that the lead singers name is 'Cody Carson'.

Im looking through my phone going to the pictures I took when I bumb into something. "Uh, im sorry I wasn't payi-" I start but interupted by nothing but air. It's Cody. "Nah, it's cool. Im sorry." He apologizes. His smooth voice enters my ears. My face flushes with pink again.

"Well, since we're here. Whats your name?" He asks. "Y-Y/N." I answer stuttering. I mentally scold myself for it. "Nice name. Im assuming you know who I am. I saw you at the stage." He did notice me. It wasn't just my imagination. "Yeah, your Cody Carson." I answer. Stupid! He already knows his name! "Thats my name. You hungry?" He asks. Now that I think about I am. I was too exited to eat this morning.

"Yeah, I guess I am." I answer with more pink adding to my face. "Well, there's lots of options here. How 'bout we go together." He offers. I don't know how to reply. Im sure my face is compleatly red. "Uh... sure. That would be fun." I answer. "Lets go." He says putting an arm around me and leading me towards food.

We arive at an area where all kinds of different food is. "Your pick." Cody says.

We walk around for a while untill I see what I want. F/F (favorite food). "I could kill for some f/f right now." I say. "Lets get it then." Cody answers with a smile.

Lucky for us the line wasn't that long. We order and I take out my wallet to pay when Cody pushes my hand away. "Let me pay." He says taking out his wallet. "But I-" I start. "Did you hear what I said? Im paying." He says with a chuckle.

We patiently wait for our food. "So, whats your favorite song of ours?" Cody asks. "Well, I really liked (favorite song on Cinematics album)." I answer. "Heh, thays a good one. Thats my favorite on this album." He tells me. I blush. "Order 73 ready!" A lady yells. "Thats us." Cody says while walking towards the food.

We sit at a table thats not too occupied. I scarf down the food. Turns out I was starving. I pause for a minute. "This is... great!" I cheer. "Pretty good." Cody agrees. "Oh you got a little something on your face." He says holding his hand to my face and his thumb on the edge of my mouth. He starts rubbing his thumb in the edge and his face comes close to mine. My eyes widen and I blush profusely. His eyes close and his lips meet mine. His lips are soft and the kiss is gentle and sweet. I wrap my arms around his neck.

A whistle comes out of nowhere and we bothe break the kiss to turn to someone. "MAXX!" Cody yells in anger. I can't help but laugh and Cody chuckles at this.

We spent the rest of the day together, and most of the night. I swear we stayed together untill about three am.

I walke up to the sun hitting my face and my arms hugging my pillow. Oh, how I miss him. I can't wait till August. He's comming back. I'll see him again. I hope he'll remembering me. Its been three years sice that day. Im going back to warped tour.
